Possible subsidence issue, check your drains with specialist company like Fresh Drains
Drain survey to look at possible causes of a crack in the back wall of the property. Fresh Drains responded quickly and turned up with specialist survey equipment. Chris carried out the video survey showed me that there were no major issues, but identified minor cracks. He then provided me with the video footage and made recommendations for patch repair where appropriate. No pressure just good advice. Highly recommend this company (dont use a plumber to check your drains, use a specialist drainage company like Fresh Drain).
Chris came twice to us this month and cleared all our drains in the house and managed to get two very recessed drain covers up from our patio (which we thought would be an impossible job). He was incredibly thorough and professional, and taught us a great deal about our drains along the way. 10/10 service, thank you Chris!

Had a rain water gulley that was as blocked up as could be and it was causing issues for the wider house. Spoke to a few companies who said they’d sort out a CCTV survey in a few weeks. Then called Chris who saw immediately what the issue was, pointed out a CCTV survey wasn’t really possible, came round in 45 mins and fixed it there and then. Lovely bloke to go with it and brilliant value. Proper tradesman. Would recommend.
Chris came and surveyed our main drain run and managed to clear a blockage with ease. It was easy and fast to arrange, he explained everything clearly and was overall really happy with the service.
Chris provided a fantastic service from start to finish. He was completely upfront about what to expect and the pricing, with no surprises.
His experience really shows, and the advice he gave me alone was worth every penny. He could easily have charged me more for additional work, but once he could see what the issue was, he was honest enough to tell me there was no need to spend more time or money investigating it.

Having had a previous plumber disagnose misaligned and cracked pipe joints I contacted Chris who arrived very promptly, did a thorough cctv scan and confirmed problem, also diagnosing possible shared drain. He and his colleague Craig came back to line the difficult fractures with resin sleeves, doing another full cctv scan before and after. It was a difficult job due to he angle of the joints but Chris was a real pro and charged a very competitive price. I'm very grateful and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Fresh Drains. Thanks Chris!
