The tech was on time and efficient, however I was not given the choice of whether or not I wanted the work completed and prices were not discussed with me up front. I was stuck with an almost $600.00 charge to repair the ac unit that I was told will need to be replaced in the near future. I sent in a complaint and never heard back from them. I would not recommend this company and will be going elsewhere in the future.
