It is a scam! I have not received any translated documents in 2 months after payment has been made even though their quote stated 4 working days for delivery. Multiple emails have gone completely unanswered. Many more phone calls have been answered with "we'll send everything tomorrow". Classic scam artist behaviour. I have asked for a refund twice but got no answer nor refund.

This is a very poor and unreliable company. I only put 5 stars so that people can see this review. I sent 2 documents to be translated, made the first deposit, and their stated return time was 3 days. It’s now been 3 weeks and I still have no feedback. I sent emails—no response. I called and managed to reach them twice; both times they said they would call back with feedback, but they never did. It’s a shame how unprofessional and careless they are with people’s important documents. To think I almost used another service before someone recommended them—trusting them was a huge mistake. I strongly warn anyone reading this: don’t risk your time, money, or documents with this company.
