Anyone looking to improve their proficiency would be fortunate to receive guidance from such a dedicated professional.
Where is the exact address? Why is not on the internet? Also there is a g-mail for transfers...Very unreliable...There is no official location to verify that the school or tutors really exist...🤔🤔🤔
Toronto French Academy has been helping me to learn French, a language that I always wanted to speak since as was 14 years old. The academy classes in my opinion is very well structured to understand and learn easily. My instructor Ms. Manali is an excellent instructor. She is helpful and treat the students very well and lead them to success. Since I started with her, I see a lot of improvement in my French. She has become the real motivation that I will never give up with my classes until I achieve my goals which are to speak French fluently. I would recommend to anyone the Toronto French Academy and ask them to pick Ms. Manali as their instructor.

TFA has been a great resource in helping me achieve my goal. My tutor Sangita Gandhi is amazing, super helpful and resourceful.
My experience with French classes has been very positive and enjoyable. As a beginner, I found French challenging at first, especially pronunciation and grammar, but the classes helped me become more comfortable and confident. My professor, Prachi is very supportive, patient, and she explained the lessons clearly with useful examples. Overall, this class has motivated me to continue learning French and improve my communication skills.

Merci Bernardo ! Nous sommes ravis que les cours de Sunitha vous plaisent.
Scam They keep your money and don’t even follow their own policies. Don’t waste your time at this terrible academy.
My experience has been perfect specially with Ms. Sunita my instructor.

Unfortunately, my experience with Toronto French Academy was very disappointing, particularly when it came to communication, scheduling, and how my concerns were handled.
Before enrolling, I had clearly explained that my work schedule could change and that I may occasionally need flexibility with class times. During my program, however, I experienced multiple issues from the academy’s side. With my original instructor, classes were delayed or cancelled, communication was inconsistent, and on one occasion I waited for over an hour for a scheduled class that the instructor did not attend. I eventually had to request a different instructor because of these repeated issues.
My new instructor, Aishwarya, was accommodating and we were successfully coordinating my remaining sessions directly. I had only five classes left and was temporarily requesting different times while transitioning into a new work schedule. Despite my instructor agreeing to the proposed dates and times, management intervened and described changing class times as “not sustainable.”
What frustrated me most was the way the situation was handled afterward. When I explained that I had shown considerable flexibility when classes were cancelled or missed from their side, the response framed changing my instructor as an “accommodation” made for me. In my view, replacing an instructor who was repeatedly unavailable or missing scheduled classes should be considered a basic service expectation rather than a special accommodation.
At that point, I no longer felt comfortable continuing with the program and requested a refund for my five unused classes. The academy refused, stating that refunds are not provided once a cycle has commenced, and instead told me I could complete the remaining sessions.
I understand that businesses have policies around scheduling and refunds. My concern is less about having policies and more about the lack of reciprocity and customer service when problems arose. I was expected to be flexible through cancellations, delays, unanswered communication, and a missed class, but when I needed temporary flexibility for my final five sessions—even with my instructor willing to accommodate it—it became an issue.
There were aspects of the teaching that I appreciated, particularly my experience with Aishwarya, but based on how the administrative side of my experience was handled, I would not personally recommend the program. I would strongly suggest that prospective students clarify the refund policy, scheduling expectations, and what happens if an instructor repeatedly cancels or misses classes before enrolling.

I’ve been taking French classes here and have had a really positive experience so far. The classes are well structured, easy to follow, and my instructor Bhagwant Ma'am explains everything clearly with plenty of practical examples.
What I appreciate most is that there is a good balance between grammar, vocabulary, and actual conversation. I’ve become much more comfortable forming sentences and speaking in French, which was one of my main goals.
The atmosphere is friendly and encouraging, and I never feel uncomfortable making mistakes while learning. I would definitely recommend these French classes to anyone looking to improve their French, especially if they want to become more confident speaking.
