The team fixed my water discharge issues and installed 2 french drains with a pump and waterproofed an area where I had water intrusion. Javier and his team are super professional and left my property grounds in manicured condition as well. Thanks to Godfrey and his recommendation now I'm ready for the rainy season!
Gerardo, Jhustian, and Carlos were nice people and worked quickly; however, what I paid for and what I received were two very different things. I was quoted and expected a functional french drain system, but what was installed was essentially a basic downspout extension for nearly $3,000. Instead of the blue commercial-grade pipe shown in their examples, they used standard black corrugated tubing.. the same type you can buy at Home Depot. There was no continuous gravel bed, no catch basin, and no slope, just a short buried pipe leading to a grated outlet. A basic DIY project could have accomplished the same thing for under $300 and a single afternoon of work. I feel misled by how the project was represented and would not have chosen this company had I understood the scope upfront. Hopefully the issue will be corrected.

The French Drain Guys did an awesome job at my house. My backyard would fill with water during hurricanes and heavy rain. Ben and the team came out and dug french drains with drain pipe, rocks and permeable fabric. All of my downspouts were routed into the new french drain system. They also installed a 55 gallon sump and electric sump pump. After our first heavy rain, every aspect worked to perfection. the sump pump pumped all the water to the drain grates which was very satisfying to watch.
After completion of the job, cleanup was such that you would never know they were there. Ben even followed up to assure our 100% satisfaction.
I just had a service check up with Julian and Geraldo, both were really well qualified, polite and punctual. They found an issue that didn't meet their expectations and immediately corrected it. I could not have been more pleased with the result.

I had the French drain guys install a French drain around my house. Jesus, Jhon, Jose and Geraldo did an outstanding job. They left everything nice and tidy. These guys were all very respectful of my property. It actually looks better than when they started. My house has a habit of flooding and a French drain was my only option to stop it. The total job included the drain and two gutters along with downspouts. I can feel more at ease when we have heavy rains or hurricanes.
