From the moment they arrived,Jeremy and Lonnie were very professional.They introduced themselves, and then proceeded to tell us what they were going to do. They asked our permission and then they inserted a camera down our basement drain. They found the problem, told us what needed to be done. The work was done and completed in a timely manner. I recently had FreeFlow Environmental replace and restore the entire septic system at my property, and I could not be more impressed with the quality of work, professionalism, and communication from start to finish.
From the moment the project began, Daniel (Operations) made everything seamless. He handled the scheduling, quote, financing details, and communication with absolute clarity. Every step was explained upfront, and the follow-through was exactly as promised.
On-site, the installation and restoration crews were phenomenal.
Jeremy G. led the tank installation team with precision and confidence. He and Jeremy P. and Mitch P. worked efficiently, respected the property, and executed the full removal and replacement of my old tank with expert-level attention to detail.
For the restoration portion, Luis T. led the system refresh and field restoration. He walked me through everything he was doing, showed me the condition of the lines, explained the repairs, and made sure the entire system was restored, treated, and fully operational. Our technician, Dustin Peksenak is extremely knowledgeable , professional, kind, listens to the actual problems we were having and is above excellent in troubleshooting the issue, with clear solutions. Forgot crew member who pumped my tank but very informative about chemical to put in toilet and i bought a year supply from him. The screen was clogged going out to field with fats from using wrong chemical then I cancelled the analysis scduled for tomorrow and now the lady says it’s a 150 dollar charge for cancelling which I disputed and asked Dan to call me back but as of yet no call and this 150 dollar charge was never mentioned to me
