Our basement was flooded. We hired someone which was recommended by a friend. That person worked on it and told us too much roots inside. He told us to remove the tree first for $8-9K, then dig our the sewerlines and reinstall them for $18K. We wanted a second opinion so we contacted Freedom Plumbers. Two gentlemen came in and tried two different snakes and got the line through. Though the waste water did not go. They opened the manhole on the main road and found it was the city sewer line that clogged. They recommeded me to call the city and then the city came out to get the major sewer line cleared. Freedom Plumbers just saved me $26000!!! I highly recommend this team!
Ricky and his crew were excellent. They replaced the leaking pipe from our house to the septic tank. This included removing and replacing a section of our concrete front walk.They completed the main work within a day, were careful with the landscape, and left the site in good condition considering the amount of digging required. We had two other quotes for this work. We chose Freedom because of competency (thoroughly diagnosed the problem before offering a quote) and price (at least 60% lower than the other two). Plus, the lower price included pumping out the septic tank!
After my home's drainage system became clogged, I contacted Freedom Plumbers and Pumpers Corp. The team responded promptly. I immediately booked a "snaking" service to clear the blockage. On February 9th, I paid $595 in cash for the snaking procedure and received a complimentary sewer line camera inspection. I was impressed by the video report Ricky provided following the inspection. However, I had to schedule clearing services several more times—one of which was again provided by Freedom Plumbers. On March 9th, the company presented me with a quote of $45,825.37 for a complete overhaul of my sewer system. The estimated cost was shocking, but I was truly eager to resolve the issue once and for all, so I agreed to do the project. On April 21st, the reconstruction work officially began; just two days later, on April 23rd, the project was declared complete! I was amazed by the final result: in a mere three days, my home's drainage system was restored to full functionality, and any adverse impact on the outdoor environment was kept to a minimum. It shows that this company possesses a strong and professional leadership team—a factor that enables it to deliver such well-organized and efficient service! I would like to extend a special thank you to the company's scheduling department, led by Lilia Solis, for the flexibility and efficiency they demonstrated throughout our communications and coordination. I am now relieved that the clogging issue that had plagued me for so long has finally been resolved once and for all. After all, I ultimately won't have to deal with that cumbersome process of applying for county permits and undergoing inspections. Thank you, Freedom Plumbers, Ricky and Lilia!

From his most professional team in the field, to his Administrative Coordinator, Ms. Lilia, we are truly grateful for this company’s attention to detail, and speedy follow through.
After 50 years, our original galvanized steel water line at our old home in Arlington had corroded so badly it was leaving us with almost no water pressure. If your home water pressure keeps getting weaker, don’t feel alone—it’s something that all of us on public city water supply will eventually face. Ours got so bad that showers turned into a trickle… and heaven help you if someone flushed a toilet at the same time!
From the start, we were impressed as Ricky provided the most detailed and professional proposal we have ever received from any contractor, period. He clearly walked us through every step of the process, painting such a vivid picture of what to expect that even I could fully understand it—and then they delivered exactly as promised.
Using Trenchless Directional Boring Technology (which saved my beloved lawn and landscaping from being torn up), Ricky and his skilled team completed this major project in just one day, with the ‘Laser-like precision’ of a fine plastic surgeon. As the before-and-after photos I’m posting show of their respectful clean work, aside of the incredible new water pressure-it’s like they were never even here. Pure magic.
The results are apparent Immediately after completion, three family members are able to take powerful showers simultaneously, all while the washing machine runs and the irrigation system waters the lawn with strong, consistent pressure. The other day the temps were in the 30’s and it was raining/snowing. I thought for sure Freedom Plumbers would delay the scheduled work on my septic tank. NOPE. A savage by the name of Nemo shows up, assesses the problem, and begins to solve the tank’s flow issue…despite the heinous weather. For two hours he dug, cut pipe, used cement and fixed my tank issue. He was in the clay, soaking wet and becoming one with the earth. Most men would have called it quits. I need to mention at this point that he didn’t even bother to wear a rain jacket. Not once did he complain. Rather, he just worked with a smile on his face. Freedom Plumbers is GREAT and Nemo represents the grit and determination of this fantastic company.

When our main sewer line backed up due to tree roots and flooded our basement over the holidays, the owner, Ricky, returned our call the same evening and had a crew out first thing the next morning—New Year’s Eve. Mr. Salinas and his crew worked long hours and on holidays to finish the job on time. Mr. Salinas and his crew were very responsive, helpful, and just awesome yo work with. The job was big, replacing a entire septic system in four days, with surprise rain showers to challenge them. But. They got it done and passed inspection. They even replaced portions of our broken cement walkway. The ended the entire project cleaning the site and even pressure washing our driveway. My God, service above and beyond.
