I really regret using this company for my a/c. They are CONSTANTLY texting me with messages many of which are inaccurate and also calling me. For example, they will send you a text about a 2 hour window for service and make the appointment for that window only to send you another text (of many) that says it is a 4 hour window. Then they do not show up in the 2 hour window and tell you it is your fault. The customer service cannot actualy contact the service technician though they act like they can. They are trying to use messages vs calls to communicate but when you text, they do not text back. Literally, all the little snafus and inabilities and extra calls and texts just drive me batty. I would recommend you use a different company. They are trying to automate everything but all that happens is that they cannot actually communicate well with their customers
