Trent came to our home to take care of an issue we were having with our breaker. He arrived on time, evaluated the problem really quickly and did a great job of explaining it to us. He was able to take care of the problem that same day.

Called in for 24/7 emergency services, and their AI responder, refuses to put me through to a live person. Then it tried to setup an emergency appointment tomorrow or Saturday. But they can’t do anything tonight…?? My house is flooding you goofballs. What kind of BS advertising was that? Edit: They called me at 8:35 the next morning to see if I still needed services… You charlatans, can’t be serious. No one reached out to make good, no one reached out to fix the issue. Nothing. Just checking if I needed services. This is an absolute garbage response.
