My wife and I bought our engagement and wedding rings at Frank Darling in Tribeca. Sasha and her counterparts were wonderful to work with. Going in we were overwhelmed with choices. They put us at ease and helped us to land on the most beautiful custom complimentary rings. We can't stop staring at them!

My fiancee and I had a great experience working with Olivia. She brought our vision to life and had good attention to detail and communication. When we iterated on the design she replied quickly and addressed any questions or concerns we had. We love the ring and are happy we went with Frank Darling.
The service was good, but the quality of rings does not match the price. Just a WEEK after my husband & I are wearing our wedding bands, mine was scratched & my husband’s matte color was already coming off. We went to the store to ask about why this was happening & was told “this is wear & tear over time” sure, maybe after years but not one week after we’ve been wearing the rings.
Wei is amazing! She guided us through the entire design process towards creating the perfect ring! She explained all the intricate details and options for the ring as well as for the stone selection and was very patient as I thought through them all. She also explained all the benefits and care options for once the ring was complete. The result met all of my expectations and then some, and my fiancee could not be happier with how it all turned out! The jewelers, designers, engineers and craftspeople at Frank Darling are top notch and I cannot thank them all enough for how everything great turned out, or for the high level of service and care we received!
Wei was also extremely accommodating by working within our tight timeline to ensure I was able to pick up the ring prior to traveling so I could propose at the exact perfect moment I had been planning for! She was very communicative and replied very promptly whenever I had questions and she kept me up to date on the progress of the ring as it was being created all the way through to when it was finally ready for pickup.
Overall I highly recommend considering Frank Darling if you're in the market for engagement rings. The quality, cost, care, attention to detail, variety of options and level of service simply cannot be beat! And if you're able to, I would also highly recommend scheduling an appointment with Wei, she'll definitely make sure you're well taken care of throughout the entire process!
My partner and I went ring shopping a few times here with Sierra and absolutely loved it. They did a great job educating us on diamonds and helped us create the setting we wanted. Sierra was accessible for questions whenever I had them, and the ring was ready so quickly. It turned out so beautiful! We will cherish this ring and memory forever!
