As someone who probably doesn’t share reviews as often as they should, I couldn’t miss the opportunity on this one!
Firstly, and most importantly, communication. From the very outset Danny was fantastic at providing clear, concise information about the potential works. From types of EV chargers and their benefits, to installation dates, nothing was left to chance. We even managed to have a video call to discuss install locations, designs and any foreseeable issues.
When it came to the date of installation, Danny was prompt and efficient, even finishing the job ahead of schedule. The whole process was super smooth and Danny even took the time to explain what he was doing and all the safety features built in to the install. After completion, a full demonstration and walkthrough of how to use the new charge point was had and we were left with no unanswered questions.
After a few days we encountered an issue with the unit not receiving power. Although we thought at first it might be the unit itself, it turned out to a failure of a safety trip switch. Not only did this provide comfort that the failure systems built in worked, but during this time Danny could not have been more understanding and continued with constant communication to help fault find.
A couple of days later, Danny was back at our home, faulty element replaced and the charge unit working flawlessly since! Although these types of things happen from time to time, it’s rare to have such support and urgency from a tradesmen willing to resolve the issue so promptly!
Can’t say enough good things about Danny and the team. Will be actively looking to recommend to anyone looking at this type of electrical work!

Daniel, who installed my EV charger, arrived on time and was very pleasant and helpful. The installation was excellent — neat, tidy, and professional. He also took the time to walk me through all the app procedures, which I found extremely helpful. I would highly recommend this reliable and professional company.

Called about a domestic electrical job (wiring in an extractor fan in the bathroom).
They had someone with me the next day. They were incredibly courteous, very tidy and maintained an excellent work standard.
Wouldn’t go anywhere else now for electrical work.

Very pleasant and helpful
Installation of EV was excellent with very neat and tidy work.
Daniel took the time to go through all the procedures regarding the APP with me which was most helpful.

Daniel recently handled our EICR (Electrical Installation Condition Report), PAT testing, and installed a brand new fuse board, we couldn’t be more impressed! His work was nothing short of outstanding.

Called Dan in the morning and he agreed to attend the same afternoon. Excellent service, Dan looked at the job and advised on what I should do next. As my oven kept tripping out the board he checked things over and it was established that the grill element was at fault. This was something Dan could not fix. However, he helped me takeout the oven and then removed the back panelling so that I could fit a replacement myself. He didn't need to do this but his assistance was much appreciated. Because of Dan's helpfulness I have passed his number to my neighbours in case they need an election at some point.

On the day him and his collague, Chris, were punctual and polite. They worked quickly and neatly.
