February 2026 Review update (still five stars!). After our walking tour with FRH in May, unfortunately Rafaa left the agency but we were smoothly transitioned to the, also expert, Jessica Allton, and we signed an agreement with them for apartment hunting services. We arrived in Nice and, by mutual agreement, started our search in early January. Jessica is terrific! She is knowledgeable, friendly, and fun. She helped us refine our criteria, rightsize our expectations, and made it clear that helping us find the right home was her only priority. We worked very collaboratively - sending each other apartments that looked interesting - and she and the FRH team did the work of verifying details, getting appointments, and following up. She made sure that we presented ourselves through our dossier to maximize outcomes and she, or a colleague, accompanied us on every visit with educated eyes and to be our French voice. In the end, we found a great apartment that met or exceeded most of our wants. Jessica and the FRH team helped make sure that transition went smoothly, utilities setup, etc. Worth every penny. We would highly recommend both FRH and Jessica. June 2025: We spent a half-day on a walking tour with Rafaa from FRH to explore neighborhoods for a possible move to Nice. It was tremendously helpful. Rafaa built the itinerary around our needs and interests, included areas that hadn't been on our radar, and was very generous with sharing his experience and expertise. The experience helped us confirm Nice as our destination, eliminate the area we had been targeting, and narrow down to a couple of areas we hadn't been considering. We plan to work with Rafaa and FRH as we continue to the next steps of our adventure. Highly recommended.

We knew we wanted a househunting agency to help us find a rental apartment for our move to Nice. After a lot of research, we decided to go with FRH, and it was the best decision we could have made! Jessica was essential in making us feel comfortable about finding a place before we even left the US. After we arrived, she met with us to clarify what we wanted, and then she delivered! We only looked at 2 apartments before finding what we wanted with the 3rd. It has exactly what we wanted, plus a few more benefits. Jessica made everything so easy for us and was always there to answer any questions. She surpassed our expectations in aiding us with our move. She also set us up with a bank representative to get our local bank account set up, and helped us with the utility set-up. She is a great asset to FRH and she's a great person as well. As new arrivals from the US living in Lyon but considering a move to Nice, we met with Fabricio last April after watching some of his excellent YouTube videos. We found him to be a good, honest guy and decided to enlist the help of FRH in finding an apartment for us to buy in Nice. Silvia became our representative and she has been a godsend for us from start to finish. The apartment she found for us had two full price offers and she was able to convince the seller's realtor to accept ours. She worked with our Notaire throughout the process and joined us for the pre-contract signing and the closing meetings. Outside of the purchase, she has assisted us in many other ways. For example, when we shipped our boxes from Lyon, she met the movers as they arrived in Nice and guided them to our storage unit. And even still, during renovations we are doing, she has been invaluable. She has joined us in visits to material suppliers where we needed translation help and even drove us to Ventimiglia, Italy to help us save on bathroom materials. Our renovation is nearing completion she has been essential in keeping our contractor on track. We fully recommend Fabricio's FRH and will always be grateful to Silvia for making our new home in Nice possible.

We found FRH on a webinar that Fabricio gave on the homes in Nice. We decided to engage FRH over their main competitor because Fabricio is local to Nice and is very knowledgeable on various neighborhoods of the city. We worked with Silvia on identifying the target neighborhood.. finding the apartment, and going through the negotiation, contracting and closing process. Silvia demonstrated that she she really cares about her clients, and advised and advocated for us every step of the way. We feel that unlike some other realtors, who only cares about making a sale, FRH strives to understand their clients, help the clients to make a decision best for them, and support the clients all the way through. I started the process of moving to Nice over a year ago. I found FRH through Fabricio’s YouTube videos “How about living in”, which I found really helpful in understanding the region and neighborhoods. I interviewed three different consultants. I chose FRH because they always took time for me, responded in a timely manner, and listened to understand my wants and needs. They helped me set realistic expectations, and then they exceeded what I thought we could do. I worked with Rafaa to find a long term rental. After our initial consultation, he helped me obtain the financial guarantee that I needed as I had trouble understanding what GarantMe required to approve my request. When I was a week away from arrival, he sent me a few listings including videos of an apartment he personally visited. After my arrival, Rafaa gave me a tour of the neighborhood, which he knows very well - shops, bakeries, restaurants, parks, transportation. We visited my top choice after I narrowed down the list, and it was perfect for me. The market is competitive, and Rafaa helped me make a connection with the leasing agent, and I think that improved my chances greatly. We had an answer in a few days, and it was great news. My French language skills are limited, and Rafaa was very supportive - helping me navigate the business customs here and the language barrier. We completed the inspection, finished the contracts, and he also helped me get utilities set up. Rafaa is very reliable - he didn’t forget any detail, followed up regularly, and responded faster than I expected. He provided other information that was helpful, such as connecting me to local groups and events. Moving to another country is challenging, especially with my limited language skills. I appreciate having a partnership with Rafaa and FRH so I can focus on other aspects of my move and rely on them to navigate the housing part of this big adventure. I came across FRH and Diana G. in a Facebook group around end November 2024, after I realized that even though I "did my homework" online, I wouldn't find my dream apartment while sitting in front of the computer monitor in New Jersey. Diana and I had our face-to-face via GMeets a few days later and she explained me the entire house-hunting process. I liked what I heard and we signed the contract a couple of weeks later. Diana set up my portal with a bunch of apartments that met my criteria and she visited a few properties on my behalf after the holidays in January. We quickly agreed that it would be much better if I came to Nice and viewed the properties in person, so I did so early February. Diana went out of her way in order to set up 10 viewings in two days for me. She had extensive knowledge of the areas where I was looking and gave me invaluable insights that helped me make a decision. We found my dream home very quickly and she negotiated the price skillfully so it ended up being within my budget. I highly recommend FRH and especially Diana who will not disappoint you and will not rest until she finds your perfect home.

In particular, working with Silvia was by far the best experience I have had with a realtor. I am a US retiree who has purchased several homes and rented as many apartments. I have never had anyone go above and beyond or advocate for me like Silvia. From soliciting local Airbnb hosts for a long term rental on my behalf to highlighting my dossier at showings and searching for the best rentals within my price point, Silvia was committed to securing me a lovely home for my new life in France. We just closed on our apartment in Nice. FRH was a great help and Diana was exceptional. It takes a bit to get used to the process. We are Americans we like everything done quickly but sometimes it takes a while. The services FRH provided were excellent. Our preview meeting where we defined what we wanted was taken into consideration. I highly recommend starting your process early and giving FRH the time to know you . You will not be disappointed. Just remember you are in France things take patience and time for the result you want. And remember to be flexible. But this company is great. And if you get Diana to work with you will succeed. She is such a hard worker and lovely person. Thanks FRH!!

If you're at all thinking about buying or renting a place in the Nice area I HIGHLY recommend, without any reservations, the team at FRH. Diana G. is an absolute professional. She really cares about her clients and does so much more than just find you the ideal property. She can speak both English and French (and I'm guessing other languages) and had the patience to show us several properties over many visits and many months. Even remotely, she responded quickly to any questions via email, WhatsApp and even video calls. In addition to finding the property, she held our hand in setting up a French bank account, setting up our utilities, doing home inspections, working with the Notaire, etc..... Just incredible.
