I was excited to have Fox come out and help me with an electrical outlet issue I was having - great reviews and only $49 for a service call! Not so fast - The technician listened to my explanation, plugged in a simple outlet tester and then explained that the service call only covered him coming to my house - the cost to diagnose the problem more thoroughly - $464.42. He told me this was the lowest level of Service for a diagnosis - described on the estimate as "Minor troubleshooting or diagnostic on single fixture, device, or appliance". This of course would be in addition to the repair cost which was unknown. As he had not even take off the outlet cover, I guilted him into at least looking inside but he didn't see anything obviously wrong. I told him I wouldn't pay that much for a diagnosis so he gave me a quote for replacing the hardware on the outlet - something I had already tried - for $196 per outlet (4 of them or almost $800) . Remember this is a $5 piece of hardware at home depot and took me 10-15 minutes to replace myself. He also gave me a few additional quotes I didn't need so "his boss wouldn't be mad at him for spending too much time" and not getting the work.

Contacted ABC and they said couldn't help me for one week unless I paid a big charge for immediate response! :(( Fox dispatched immediately (no extra charge) Very polite and helpful tech - Quick fix! Fox is now #1 on my call list! :))

Knowledgeable, he discussed the issue we had with the tankless water heater and immediately identified the issue. He then shared how we could troubleshoot in the future, rapid repair done right! He even identified a potential future issue with another system and assured us he could address it, so we were not left with a huge problem

We had our annual spring HVAC maintanence recently performed and it was recommended to have the filter in our dehumidfier replaced. I agreed and FOX scheduled an appointment for this service that was agreeable to us. FOX sent out David Ugarte to replace the filter for us David work efficiently and quickly replaced the filter. The service was completed and in a short period of time and everything is back to normal. Great job David!!

Rafael Granados was prompt and knowledgeable the water leak issues. He came out on Easter afternoon to investigate the source and cause of my leak. And he was sympathetic when telling me the entire water line from the street to the house would have to be replaced. I got a repair estimate early the following morning. After I accepted the estimate, Rafael scheduled to come out this afternoon and install a temporary line so we will not be without water for several days (the leak is robust). Job well done!

The service today was duct cleaning. Wayland started by inspecting the system. At the end of his inspection today he told me duct cleaning was not need. I had expected to pay for the inspection. He said no charge. I was delighted. Buy him lunch.
