Making the appointment was easy and they were able to get me an appointment for the next day. Karen came out and did a thorough and complete job, despite the below freezing temperatures. They were kind and explained things using common terms that made it easy to understand. Even though they found minimal damage (and provided photos), they didn’t try and convince me to pay for repairs that weren’t necessary. They did a great job!

Esten and Karen came out to do a free roof inspection on my house. They were very professional, knowledgeable and very easy to work with. Answered all the questions and gave suggestion on whats needed and whats not. They were transparent in their process and also communication. Scheduling for an inspection was also very quick. Definitely recommend Founders roofing.

Sullivan came out to do a free roof inspection on my parents house. Getting scheduled in was very quick. He was very professional & knowledgeable. Made sure we knew everything we needed to & answered all questions asked. They’ll definitely be going thru Founders for their new roof!

I found Sullivan's business card on a local restaurant's business card board and gave him a call. I moved to this home a few years ago and was feeling unsure about how the roof was looking. He was very kind and professional. He did a really good inspection & gave me a great report through company cam. All of it was completely free!! At the end he let me know my roof is looking good for now which gave me the peace of mind I was looking for. I know in the future if I need anyone I know who i'm calling.

Easiest roof replacement/repair we’ve ever had! Which is saying something because we’ve had to have our roof replaced/repaired 4 times now. It only took them 1.5 days to get the whole job done! They even dealt with the insurance company for us, all we had to do was take the check to the bank. 10/10 recommend them for any roofing needs!

Excellent Service! I had some roof repairs done by Founders Roofing and was really impressed. Jesse, the sales rep, came out quickly, identified the issue, and had the repairs completed fast. Recent high winds presented a problem on both my roof, and tuff shed in the Lewisville area. I searched online and found a veteran owned company with incredible 5-star reviews from everyone. I value sincere genuine reviews and the excellent comments prompted my call. Mario was fantastic. He was able to have John address my issues the next day. John was also extremely helpful, and his attitude was tremendous with total customer service in mind as he repaired my issue on the shed. The roof was also repaired in a timely manner and Mario himself came out to inspect. I highly recommend Founders Roofing & Construction for all your roofing needs.

I have been so impressed with John's honesty, professionalism, and customer service. He walked my roof after a hail storm and let me know that the damage wasn't significant enough to prompt an insurance claim. (This is compared to several other salesman who assured me of the opposite.) Before John left, he told me to reach out whenever a roof issue arises and that he is happy to patch small leaks for free. About 6-months later, I had a small leak that needed to be dealt with. I wasn't sure what to do, so I called John to ask for some guidance. To my surprise, he remembered me, my neighborhood, and repaired the leak for free. As long as live in the Frisco/Prosper/Celina area, Founders will have my business because of John. He is one of the most - if not the most -trustworthy salespeople I've come across in any industry.

Honestly, we were new to the area and had no idea about the massive hailstorms that occur. John helped walk me through everything with the estimate and insurance, and assured me that he would give me the best product for our new roof. Insurance claims can be confusing, but John showed up on time and did everything we could've asked during the adjustors inspectuon. During install Mario was extremely communicative and the team worked extremely fast and efficiently (they finished ~5 hours earlier than other crews I've seen in the neighborhood which means less disruptions for neighbors). During install our builder cut corners on installing our ceiling fan. The construction caused the fan to almost fall from the ceiling during roof install. Mario came to the rescue to help us get everything squared away and made everything right. I can't lie, regardless of industry they've provided some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. Please if you're looking for a roofer, use these guys. Honest, punctual, and willing to go above and beyond for their customers.
