I had concerns about water drainage and a crawlspace issue. I contacted Foundation Pro and they sent Jim Jakubec, one of their experienced experts. Jim walked with me through each area and explained each issue. To my great surprise, he did NOT recommend a solution because everything was just fine. He explained the “why” and it gave me peace of mind. Very unusual for a company to come out for a consultation and not recommend that something be done. This speaks to the honesty and integrity of Jim and his company and is why I highly recommend these guys.

Jim was very knowledgeable and helpful about our cracked brick mortar and the solution!
Had several companies come by and looked at my foundation issues. Foundation Pro seemed to be the most knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Still I was not sure. So I hired a structural engineer for $600, who basically told me the same thing as Brent at Foundation Pro told me. Don’t bother wasting your time getting other quotes with fast talking, high pressure salesmen that are more worried about making a sale than fixing your problem. OR wasting your money hiring a structural engineer who is going to tell you exactly the same thing Foundation Pro is going to tell you! What sealed the deal was his other references which I checked on to make sure they did what they claimed. Now, I’m another satisfied customer they can add to their list of references. Plus the transferable lifetime warranty is an other bonus too when it comes time to sell my home, peace of mind to me and the next buyer. Something you cannot put a price on!

I was very happy with the inspection we received from Foundation Pro. Jim explained everything and did a thorough inspection of our home. The concerns we had were not due to foundation issues. He recommended a follow up with an engineer, if we were still concerned, and gave us several contacts. It’s nice to know there are honest professionals who will spend their time helping others.
Jeff was excellent at explaining our foundation structure and showed pictures that made it easy to understand. We’re in an old house and Jeff had experience with houses like ours so he knew what to look for. Highly recommend!

We hired Foundation Pro for a problem we were having at our house. When we moved in, anytime there was a really big rain, we would get standing water under our house. Brent and his team came in and set up a system to flush this water out. Now after any rain, that area is completely dry and we don't have to worry anymore about issues being caused from the water. I would hire them for any foundation work that you may have!

I couldn't be more pleased with Foundation Pro. With cracks appearing in my sheetrock walls and interior doors not fully shutting, I began to research foundation repair companies. I first had a well known, company give me a quote that informed me that they were the largest of such companies in the world. The estimator made a thorough investigation of my issues and gave me his remedy and price. I decided I would try a locally owned and reputable service company, so I contacted Foundation Pro based in North Little Rock, Arkansas. Jeff Wenger came within 24 hours to likewise investigate my problems. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. He thoroughly inspected my house, but without being an alarmist. For example, what the other company described as mud running in from the outside of the block walls in my crawl space was confirmed to be only dost on the plastic barrier. While both companies offered similar repair plans, Foundation Pro was more conservative, specifying 1 less pier and 1 less permits beam jack.
The office staff was most courteous and helpful, making the contract and scheduling process easy.
The crew arrived after a heads up the previous day. They were very professional and also courteous. Moreover, they were very respectful of our property, taking pains not to disturb things more than necessary. The foreman, Efrain, was a joy to work with and explained everything to me, step by step. Luis, Michael, Alex and Levis made up the hard-working crew who did a first class job. Everything was done on short order and exactly per agreement.
I've taken time to elaborate so much to be helpful to others who may be at square one as I was. I saved roughly $8,000 and had a great experience with Foundation Pro. What's more, their repair work came with a lifetime, transferable warranty.

We recently discovered evidence of small cracks in the walls in our house and sought evaluation from companies that deal with foundation issues. One of the companies from whom we sought an evaluation was Foundation Pro of North Little Rock. Their representative, Jim Jakubec came to the house and provided an evaluation and gave me an explanation in very understandable terms. He demonstrated his methods for evaluating and provided alternatives for a solution. It was his finding that our problem was not severe enough to require immediate treatment and advised me what to watch for should it get worse.
