DO NOT GO TO FOTOGRAPH HQ! Horrible, unprofessional and untrustwory. This place is known for its suspicuous behaviour and prize winning scams. It doesnt take long to find negative reviews warning others about this place after searching fotograph hq and ive also noticed while looking at reviews that most of their "good" and "positive" reviews look VERY similar and robotic which is a very clesr sign that they may be faking reviews to try and drown out all the negarive 1 star reviews from people who have had horrible experiences with them or have been scammed by them. I recommend avoiding this place and be safe.

SCAM !! BEWARE do not go here SCAM !! DO NOT GO HERE !! They tell many people they all won the same prize. They didn't explain anything thoroughly and you will leave you in debt. They have 0 care or empathy for their models, very scummy scammers. I've caught them lying as well multiple times in emails about money, payright and what I signed. They claimed I signed and agreed to more than I did, I've carefully read what I signed and it never stated the things they tried to claim it does.

SCAM.. they offer free photoshoots then trick you into payment plans for ridiculous prices. Unable to back out even less than hours after signing up. Would not recommend going here unless you’re fully prepared to give up an arm and leg.

I had such a great experience with fotograf HQ, starting from the makeup and hair session, the incredible photoshoot (Baie and her team was very supportive and made me feel very relaxed and helped me in just being myself) and the results. I love my photos and feel so proud and empowered. Thank you for this very special experience. I loved everything about it!

So very briefly if you are told you won a free photo shoot just hang up they are what i believe to be a bait and switch which is a legal term for basically scamming you. I did a shoot back at the start of covid so a while ago what has left me unhappy was I came did the photo shoot that was all really good but then came the session to look at the photos which honestly none I was 100% happy with I was pressured into buying photos that I could not afford they made me try to get a loan to cover the cost but when I was turned down because of my bad credit rating the then asked if I could try doing one in my partners name which he said he was okay with mind you he was not on the room when they did this I gave them the details I believe this was accepted and they then direct debited the money from my account but they also told me to call friends and family to come up with the deposit of $1000 which I also did. Due to being on centerlink and struggling I couldn't make my payments and have never received the photos when I then called them to see if I could get any of my money back at all and not get any photos in return they said no because whatever money had been put down I'd covering the "data space on their modern drive to keep the photos" ridiculous so un happy and to top it off I have never received ny apparently 1 free photo. Please beware. If you are someone who is rich and can afford thousands of dollars to just throw away on some photos then sure they would be a great place to go other stay clear I recently had professional photos done for my graduation who came to thw place and those photos coat no more then $200 for 10 photos

Scam to get a free photoshoot. They give away this to alot of people to the get costumes, and they also presser you not just get the free digital photo. Photographer was not good. Can say that 99% of the photos was unflattering. Was easy at the end if the section to collect away almost all of the photos. I won a "free photo" shoot and a free digital photo and a additionally 100$ tords art work. I start to get my makeup and hair done. Staylist was how super nice and funny. But me who isn't that much for make up felt that I wasn't that pretty and comfortable. I know what makes me look good and what suits me. Story short is noting of what I said I looked good in was not what they thought was gonna reflect good in the photos so I lisent to the professionals. And also this was for "free" so I thought. The experience was super fun during the shoot. But the result of the photos wasn't there. The make up didn't look good in the photos if it wasn't black and white the photo wasn't looking good. I love my curves and the eangles made me look so much bigger than I was. So was very easy take out photos that wasn't looking like me. Out of 80 photo I would say 2- 3 was okay say maximum 5 was okay. One or two that was good.

I won a $750 all inclusive photoshoot where I had prepped for over a month for only to have it cancelled the day before as it was an “Inconvenience” for them. They told me they wanted me to buy more photos outside the package and when I hadn’t given a definitive answer they cancelled it. Today I had emailed to express how disappointed I was and that I would like to re-book, they told me they now have a $100 non-refundable deposit fee. This company is a full scam and I am unsure how it is up and running? From all the negative google reviews, I can see this is their forte. There are consumer laws and rights which they clearly haven’t familiarised themselves with. I am manifesting they face the consequences of their dodgy actions in the near future xx

I was very disappointed with the end result of the photos and the process. I will never do a session like this again. I wish i had of read some of these reviews from others that had "won" photo sessions and not gone through with it. It was a very costly learning experience. I would like to leave some constructive feedback to improve your service. Be verbal in your "no refund policy" rather than having it in the terms and conditions at bottom of order form. This is a lot of money people are parting with and needs proper clarification and communication. ***As discussed with manager on phone after calling 4 times (twice being the very next morning after photo shoot to reduce amount of photos due to cost) i am vision impaired and was not aware that i could not make changes to my order within 24hrs (even though it was the very next morning). Things were rushed and the upselling lead me to impulse purchase so i could leave. Do not say order will be available within 3 weeks when it took 7 weeks and 2 phone calls to get the photos. This is my honest feedback and a constructive platform for you as a business to improve. I have also read some of the responses back to your unhappy customers which seems to point blame on them rather than taking it onboard. I have given you 2 stars as you did make effort to lighten the photos as requested as they were far too dark. However 1 was still too dark and this was explained as the difference between viewing on a tv compared with it being in print. The second star was for the photographer being good with instructions on poses and feeling comfortable with her when in a very personal/intimate/vulnerable experience.

Amazing, Staff made me feel so comfortable. Love my photos. I have had 2 photo shoots in 10 years and they always exceed my expectations! Thank you guys what a fabulous business. They also have a dress hire business called Stylus dress hire and I have used this service also and was so easy girls helped me select a dress as I couldn’t choose because they were all so lovely! Thanks again great service!

I had a wonderful experience with my newborn photoshoot at Fotograf HQ. I signed up via a Facebook promotion and was promptly contacted and booked in for my shoot. When we arrived at Fotograf, we met our wonderful photographer Yolande who was warm and welcoming. She gave us creative options and asked for our ideas, while also directing us in what would make for the best photos. It was very clear she was quite experienced in newborn photoshoots and this was very reassuring. She put my baby to sleep like a miracle worker and wrapped him up perfectly. She was also very funny, which helped when we did family shots to get lovely candid happy photos. The photos were beautiful and I cannot wait to hang them in our home and cherish them for years to come. I can't recommend this company (and Yolande) enough, and will certainly return with my next babies! Thank you!!

Such an amazing experience from start to finish! Upon arrival I was warmly greeted and was walked through exactly how everything was going to go down. The Makeup artist was so lovely, we had a great conversation while my makeup was getting done, she was also very considerate to want I wanted and gave her professional opinion. The photoshoot was less intimidating than I thought it would be! I felt so comfortable. The photographer was very experienced and gave instructions well to how they wanted me positioned keeping in mind my insecure areas. Changing outfits wasn't an issue, the room was cleared for me to get changed. The photo selection had a fantastic illumination process to help me select my favourite photos. I cannot wait to see the final outcome of my photos. I 100% recommend Fotograf HQ.
