Bill was very nice, but the job was completed quickly and not thoroughly. Taken after cleaning, the photo below shows where there was an area carpet under the dog bed. You can see the carpet exposed was a much darker color (dirty) - and remained so after cleaning. I asked Bill about it and, if I understood correctly, he said that the carpet exposed to the light had changed color. That didn't make sense to me (as the carpet exposed, was darker.) I had a second company come a few weeks later, for the same cost. After the second company cleaned, there is a tiny, barely discernable, difference between the area that was under the area rug and the exposed carpet, and many other stains were addressed and resolved satisfactorily. Unfortunately, I recommend looking beyond Zimp, for carpet cleaning services.

We now live where we have hardwood floors so we don't use Zimp as much. However, we've had some sick cats a couple of times which results in some urgent scents that need to be addressed. Once again Zimp did an excellent job on a carpet that hadn't been cleaned in over 4 years! Didn't think it could be restored so well. Fair price, good communications, and not some overbooked newcomer or corporation who doesn't care about you as a person. Completely and totally recommend!

This is the second time we have had Zimp out to clean the upholstery on our couch and we are thrilled with the results. We have a light colored couch that easily attracts dog hair and various dirt/stains over time that can be tricky to get out. Both times they have come out, Zimp has been kind, courteous, efficient and very fairly priced. We will definitely have them out again in the future!
