I just want to share my wonderful experience with Justin Goff the store manager. I originally purchased my supports from another Good Feet store in Tampa Bay several years ago and stopped into the Fort Myers have them checked. The level of knowledge, patience and customer service I received at this location was night and day from my prior visit. Justin explained everything clear detail and had me dancing around the store by the time we were finished! I felt truly heard and Justin addressed my issues right away. The supports are worth every penny, I even bought a 2nd second because of the difference they have made. I will only be coming to the Fort Myers store from now on and asking for Justin when I return. Thank you, thank you for giving me my life back. I had to hug him at end because I was so happy I had tears in my eyes! He mentioned he had been with the company over 10 years and it shows! Run don't walk to the Good Feet store. As a retired teacher this one of the best things I have done for my health!!
