Really enjoying training with Jasper at Form Fitness. Train three times a week and each session is always well planned. He’s supportive, professional and keeps things motivating. Super convenient location – just a 2-minute walk to Lindfield station, with parking nearby if you drive. Highly recommend!
Shout out to Stefan at From Fitness Lindfield. Fabulous PT - just the right amount of push, plenty of encouragement & great support on technique & education. I look forward to my sessions & feel great after each one - a sense of achievement even though I’m just starting out. The gym is super clean, friendly without being intrusive & accommodates lots of different types & abilities. I’m a 50+ woman with no gym experience & I feel welcomed & supported. Highly recommend.
I've been with Form Fitness Pymble now since mid-2024 training with Brian but have trained with all the team at some point. A completely professional crew who take the time to understand your needs and build a program to suit. Brian is the consummate trainer, helping me build on success each week and the right balance to achieve my goals. A highly personal gym with dedicated team.
Being new to personal training, I was a bit apprehensive but the team at Form Fitness made everything easy. Everyone is friendly, welcoming and incredibly supportive. The trainers listen, encourage, and help you progress at a pace that feels right. I always leave feeling motivated and confident.
