Our lift has been serviced by the manufacturer since new. Over the last month or so it has broken down 4 times. On the last occasion numerous parts were said to need replacing with a cost of thousands to put right and was left out of service .I wasn’t happy with the diagnosis so called Forge and spoke to Megan who promptly arranged a visit of their engineer. Many adjustments later the lift worked perfectly. Liam the engineer obviously knew more about our lift than the manufacturer’s engineers and no new parts were required!! Needless to say we are changing our service contract to Forge and can’t recommend them strongly enough, great personal service from an initial call to the office to a lift engineer who knows what he’s doing 5 star.

Over the past few years, the service they’ve provided has been far beyond what we experienced with our previous provider. Forge lifts do not know how to communicate with their Clients. Rude & unprofessional written communication from Megan and Liam to a Client that had 5 service contracts placed, all have since been terminated. If you want to work with a lift engineer that knows how to communicate respectfully, avoid Forge Lifts like the plague. Edit: Operational issues do not justify personal insults. To see the owner support this type of behaviours shows the unprofessionalism runs from top to bottom at Forge. Our residents have only benefited from Forge's removal from the portfolio.

For context, you are a property manager for Red Rock Property Management. We have tried to settle thousands of pounds in overdue invoices owed to us, but have been ignored at every step.

Because of this, we have had to escalate to your bosses, and you have left this review.

Forge Lifts provide lift PPM services for our client's portfolio of sites primarily based in London and Oxford and with an additional site in Bath. They have been contracted to provide services for over 1 year so far. Unify and our client have been extremely impressed with the services provided to date and there was no hesitation in renewing the PPM contract for a 2nd year. Communications are exceptionally prompt and queries dealt with efficiently and effectively. The team at Forge are always on hand to assist and the engineers who attend are polite and professional. Thank you to Megan the customer service lady who works extremely hard to keep standards at a high level and also thank you to Alan the Business Development Manager who keeps in regular contact to ensure all is running smoothly. 5 stars awarded to Forge Lifts who come highly recommended by us.

We cannot thank Forge Lifts enough for all their hard work and persistence in sorting out our issues with our dumb waiter lift system. Unfortunately due to a fault with our 3 phase circuit, this lead to several faults with our lift. Forge Lifts engineers were always extremely polite, punctual and very knowledgeable. We will be using Forge Lifts in any further issues we have in the future and would highly recommend. Special thank you to Alan, Jacob for always being available to chat to by phone, with constant updates and a massive thank you to the engineer Liam who went above a beyond in getting us going again.
