In a word, Awesomeness. Brendan was absolutely brilliant providing all kinds of useful information. I went straight home and did a 20 minute full body HIIT. OMGOOSH. I was sooooo excited and pumped to try out my new bell. It was indeed the right weight to begin with. I’ll be sure to reconnect when I’m ready to increase my weight!
