This is an excellent physical therapy practice! Both caring and smart! I love going there for my sessions! I feel so much better now than when I started therapy. In addition, they keep me motivated to do my exercises at home, until my next appointment. I can't recommend Forever Fit enough!

Did my physical therapy here after significant ankle surgery. Had a couple different therapists during my 3+ months here, but Nency was my primary therapist. She (and everyone else) were absolutely wonderful. Really like the app they have that gives you exercises to do each day when you don't have an appointment and the therapists regularly update it for you based on your progress. Will definitely be going back here next time I have an issue
I suffered from vertigo and balance issues for over two weeks before being referred to Forever Fit. Zehra Nayani, PT, DPT, provided excellent care and treatment. After just a short time, my vertigo improved significantly, and I have now recovered. I truly appreciate her professionalism and expertise and highly recommend her services.
A most outstanding staff, very well knowledgeable of their field of expertise. Very professional, Curteous, and Extremely knowledgeable.

Dr. Patricia Reynolds is an excellent PT. Her knowledge and ability to assess and evaluate my issues are amazing. Her passion for her patients' care and well-being is felt during visits. The clinic is modern, up to date with technology, and provides private spaces when needed. The FFPT app is easy to use. I highly recommend Dr. Reynolds and the FFPT team.

In January 2026 I was seeking a physical therapy facility near my home. Our insurance company found Forever Fit and noted that it was highly recommended. We stopped at the facility and had an initial review discussing my specific needs. Shortly after we completed a referral for physical therapy treatment. My therapist was Rachael Adams who completed a thorough examination and began working up exercises to address my specific needs. Over the months of therapy my posture, endurance and strength improved significantly. She was also very effective in introducing refinements to my exercises which really helped in performing my exercises at home. She was very attentive to how
I was working out during the therapy sessions. I hope to be able return to working with Rachel when I am able to establish another referral from my insurance company. I have also recommended FFPT to several friends.
