I had a wonderful experience with Dr Nikolaos Kasiteridis today. I came in to get two fillings done, and I was very nervous at first because I usually have a low pain tolerance and am very afraid of any kind of dental procedures.
However, Dr Nikolaos Kasiteridis has been a great professional, patient, and incredibly caring. I will definitely return. Grazie!

My bank holiday weekend started with the worst tooth ache in human history, the entire National Health Service failed me for two days.
Forest & Ray (& staff) were the only people to help, they were understanding, calm and got me appointment in less than 24h.
The work carried out was professional and I felt like I was in and out quickly, completely pain free I’ll add.

Dr Nik was excellent - dealt with the pain first and then through a few more appointments, treated the issue and restored the tooth without it having to be removed.

I have been visiting Forest & Ray since 2019, when I had extensive dental work carried out. My dentist, Dr Papp, is superb. She has always taken time to explain any treatment to me in detail. I have recommended F&R to several people and they have been very happy with their treatment too. A quality dentist, great customer service, and extremely good value. Cannot recommend highly enough.
Ho avuto un problema a un molare durante il mio soggiorno a Londra. Ho trovato per caso questa clinica con personale che parla italiano in modo da potermi far capire. Sono stati tutti molto gentili e hanno risolto il mio problema momentaneamente per porter poi tornare a casa e andare da mio solito dentista! I was visited by Dr. Lydia Dzhurkha, she was very attentive, I didn't feel any pain during the visit.. What I liked the most was that she explained everything she was doing step by step. Highly recommended!
Unfortunate traumatising experience with the clinic and Dr. Nikolaos Kasiteridis. Blackmail with physical pain after a comment on the time schedule and work of the receptionist. It took me some time to actually write this comment, but after some consideration, it was an extremely upsetting experience, and I have to search for a new dentist. Warning off any new patients of "bad mood" with this doctor.
From the start, the receptionist was very rude and gave me no indication of how long I am waiting for my booked appointment. She spoke loudly on the phone, talking about private matters and shouting, whilst I was wondering if my appointment even goes ahead. In the end, it was 30 minutes late. It was clear to me in hindsight that another lady was waiting before me by the time I arrived for the same dentist.
I dared to mention to Dr Nikolaos that in case of emergencies like these, it is prudent to let the next patient know how long their appontment will be delayed for. It was during the work day, so I took allocated time off. Having an appontment 30 mins delayed impacted my schedule. By the time I arrived, it was clear I wiuld be delayed, so calling to note the delay or at least mention this upon arrival would be decent politeness.
I was rudely brushed off as it was "unexpected" and not to complain. I noted the time crunch, when I was sat down for a clean. A few seconds into it, I felt a sharp pain and was told by Dr Nikolaos "See, dont rush me or it will be painful!". It was painful throughout and I was crying.
Genuinely blackmailing the patient who cannot escape in the dentist seat with mouth open. If you are aftraid of going to a dentist in general, it is even worse.
It is extremely disappointing experience, especially as you read the lovely review. I might have gotten the doctor on the bad day, but then physical pain infliction on patients should not happen even on a bad day...

Wonderful Dentist in the heart of London, a stone's throw from the British Museum. Dr Papp is awesome, I've been going to her for many years. I would recommend Forest and Ray and their crew in a heart beat.
