Had to wait 5 weeks for a 3 week delivery, after.chasing to see where iour framed print was. The joints split open on frame 1 day after hanging up. Was intimated to us that it had been knocked which was totally untrue. They then repaired the frame, changed to glass which we had originally requested, better hanging brackets, stiffer backboard and glued joints. If all this had been done the first time, the frame would not have split apart. Attitude was condescending on collection. Won't be going back.

We are sorry you feel this way but the female who collected this item went away from the gallery with it in perfect condition. She did knock it on the door on her way out trying to manouver it through the door due to the size of it. It was returned a few days later and it was damaged. We replaced the frame for you and changed the perspex with glass at your request. It cost us extra money but only happy to give our customers a good service. This does not warrant a 1 star review.

Wow!
I had a piece of art that I wanted to get framed. Popped down during opening hours and they talked me through all their options. I got a modern black wood frame and museum quality glass for an extremely competitive price.
Finish was impeccable. Strong top-grade hanging cord used, along with quality fixings.
Took about a week for them to order the materials and work on it, and that was fine by me. Really happy!
For any framing I need in future, I'll be coming straight to these guys. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Friendly and helpful service with reasonable prices- we have used this shop several times over the years . Nothing is too much trouble, and they really do provide good advice.
As well as picture framing they have a lovely selection of prints and pictures.

Fabulous picture frames, they have framed and reframed pictures for us at least a dozen times or more. Lovely people that do this work, and they do a most excellent job, we couldn't praise them more highly.
The shop is well worth a visit as they have some lovely pictures there too.
