My experience with Force Security was beyond compare from the initial phone call, on-site meeting with Damin the same day and installation of 6 exterior security cameras. Damin listened to what our needs were and immediately offered suggestions within our price range. The technicians were knowledgeable, courteous and patient. Paul was outstanding! Installation day was cold and windy but he was up and down the ladder with not a single grumble. He was a great help setting up my phone so I can access the cameras and extremely patient. Paul also took the time to walk a colleague through the process over the phone and guiding him step by step. He was great at keeping me informed as the installation was progressing which I appreciated. I would not hesitate recommending this company for both home or business security needs. They are efficient, responsive and reasonably priced. It's nice to deal with a family owned business who puts the customer first. It's been a pleasant experience and Paul put the icing on the cake.

A+ service. Tyler came to install our alarm. We had some hitches that weren't his fault (old house, multiple owners, confusing placement of power panels etc.) and he ended up being at our house all day. He was really kind, helpful, and patient despite dealing with what was obviously a long and tough job. My Mom was visiting at the time and we both said after it was like having a friend in the house; we were totally comfortable with him. After the job was done, despite the length of time, he didn't rush off. He stayed to explain the way everything works and tested it all to make sure we understood what to do. You don't get this kind of service much anymore - it was exemplary. Thanks very much, Tyler, you rock. We're already feeling more peace of mind from having Force as our security company.

Just signed up with Force Security and the on-boarding was excellent. They returned for a 2nd visit and helped us downloand and install thr cell phone security app. Previous security firms simple suggested we go to the play store and download ourselves. Nice touch.
