Thanks for the great feedback. I can’t imagine how scary it was for your children and yourself. Though we are booked for many weeks in advance for installations we always make time to immediately install when a home invasion or break in.
Thanks to Mark, for responding to me after hours regarding switching monitoring companies. A few hiccups at the beginning, that were resolved in a timely manner. Paul did an awesome job during the install. He was knowledgeable, gave great advice, answerved my questions and managed his time well. Paul is friendly, respectful and patient going through the tutorial of the system with me.

My experience with Force Security was beyond compare from the initial phone call, on-site meeting with Damin the same day and installation of 6 exterior security cameras.
Damin listened to what our needs were and immediately offered suggestions within our price range.
The technicians were knowledgeable, courteous and patient. Paul was outstanding! Installation day was cold and windy but he was up and down the ladder with not a single grumble. He was a great help setting up my phone so I can access the cameras and extremely patient. Paul also took the time to walk a colleague through the process over the phone and guiding him step by step. He was great at keeping me informed as the installation was progressing which I appreciated.
I would not hesitate recommending this company for both home or business security needs. They are efficient, responsive and reasonably priced. It's nice to deal with a family owned business who puts the customer first.
It's been a pleasant experience and Paul put the icing on the cake.
