In all the decades I've needed home and car insurance, never have I had such a wonderful agent as Susan Nabulsi. When I lost tolerance for ineffectual, unresponsive, and overpriced coverage, I gathered my courage to face the effort of moving my policies elsewhere. Fortunately, I quickly came across some glowing reviews of Susan and her team and gave her a call. Susan spent over an hour right on the spot, meticulously going over every detail of my policies so I could compare apples to apples. She scoured multiple companies to find me the best rates for my particular needs, all the while giving me the impression that she would give me as much time as we needed--even without knowing whether she had my business or not. She was extremely knowledgeable about which companies were best for what purposes, and what their limitations were.
After I left, I wrote her with several questions, which she answered within minutes. I decided to switch to her and the company she recommended, and went in the next day to set evrything up. Susan double-checked everything carefully and called the company to be certain of several small details that she wanted to get right. During part of this session, she was also politely fielding calls, giving exactly what that customer needed without detracting from her excellent service of my policies.
Bottom line: I saved over $600 by switching to her agency AND got myself a caring, super-competent, speedy agent who clearly loves being great at taking care of her clients. Do yourself a favor and give her a call!

Melinda at Focus insurance is very good at what she does. She was able to get me a much better policy for my home at a much lower rate. Other agencies weren’t able to help me due to claim history, but Melinda took care of me within one day. After struggling to find an insurance policy on my own through multiple phone calls to the big name insurance providers, a State Farm rep gave me Susan’s number. I feel so fortunate for that because she took me under her wing, told me everything was going to be OK, and that we would get me insured. She worked quickly, efficiently, and kept me updated the entire way. She has been helpful and reassuring. All I can say, is that if or when you call Melinda or Susan!!! Expect excellent service. Omg!! These ladies are phenomenal and efficient to what they do. At a last minute need, on a Wednesday, I had to find home insurance and auto insurance. Melinda, heard the desperate tone in my voice.....she calmly said "I got you". By the following Tuesday, Susan, jumped in like superwoman after Melinda, was out of the office for a few day's unexpected. I had insurance on my home and auto mobiles. I found Focus Insurance after getting dropped by another company and from the start I felt taken care of and confident in their service. They insured my vehicle for almost 5 years before I moved to Tennessee and unfortunately had to switch agents. When I called after my move, Susan answered all my questions about what the move would mean for me and took her time to explain my options late in a Friday afternoon. I couldn’t ask for better people to work with for car insurance and I’ll miss them here in Tennessee.
