I recently ordered new foam for my couch cushions from FoamOnline after finding a video from them on YouTube about how to correctly measure for the cushions. The customer service experience was phenomenal! I did the live chat and asked some questions beforehand, and then emailed twice and they were so kind and responsive to my emails. The cushion itself is such a great quality! The one that was previously in my couch (from the manufacturer) was literally pieced together foam, but this one was one piece of foam. I also appreciate it was made here in the US. My couch looks SO much better now. The only thing I would change (and this was probably more on me for not asking all the questions) was the density I chose. I picked the medium firm because it was suggested for a couch with every day use. It is definitely more firm than I like but i'm hoping over time it will soften.

You’re absolutely right that Medium Firm is the recommended choice for everyday seating when users are about 160 - 200 lbs, and it can feel a little firm at first for those under. Rest assured that over time, it will soften!

The 1/2" foam outperformed my expectations! The only reason I didn't give a 5-star is because of the handling and shipping fee. Even if the handling fee is waived, the price is more than what I would pay for the 1/2" foam locally without the shipping. Yes, FoamOnline's "yard" is wider than the local source, but not wide enough to make up for the extra price. Too bad, as I would love to give them my foam business.

We just received our second order from Foam Online. We have a sofa and a loveseat that have become very uncomfortable to sit in. The fabric is still in very good condition. The cushions had greatly compressed as evidenced when I pulled the old ones out. We didn’t want to replace our couches and figured this would help us get a few more years out of them. I researched thoroughly on YouTube. I came across a couple of videos produced by various companies as well as Foam Online but decided to give them a call. Josie (in the videos) was extremely helpful, answered all my questions, made recommendations and helped me place our order. My husband likes a firm cushion. I prefer something a little less firm. They actually did “sandwich” cushions for the loveseat - a hybrid of sorts sandwiching firm foam in between medium pieces. This was perfect for me. Our second order was for the couch and we ordered straight firm foam. This was perfect for my husband. For both orders I requested the “wrap”. Both orders arrived in a timely fashion and were vacuum sealed. Once opened and left alone for a couple of days, they were perfect. No odor either. I highly recommend their products. I would use them again without hesitation. I did not speak with the owner, but his daughter Josie was very friendly, efficient and helpful!

We needed to firm up our mattress, but did not know where to start in terms of choosing foam type, thickness, and firmness for a mattress topper. “Josie” engaged us in a very informative email discussion about foam types and firmness, and carefully steered us away from “overcompensating” for our current soft mattress. The foam topper we ended up with is PERFECT. If not for the thoughtful advice from Josie, I am sure we would have not gotten where we are! Highly recommended!

The cushions were cut as ordered......the size was precise. But I think I went overboard by ordering "super firm". I should have gone down a firmness level or two. The cushions were so firm, we had a really hard time getting them to fit into the cushion covers. :-) Totally my fault.

This foam is the best !! No bad smells . I had ordered a twin size piece of foam for the camper as the twin bed mattress was shot. This stuff , the kids said was wonderful . So fast forward last month I noticed the couch was just not as comfortable as it used to be . An older Smith Brothers sofa and I thought of this place . I measured the size of the seat cushions and ordered some custom pieces . Wow , the couch is like brand new again . I am thoroughly impressed . If u need foam this is the place to go . Next I’m thinking mattress toppers 😁

I think FoamOnline is really Fantastic.. I called them because I really was having a hard time coming up with the proper density Foam.. I just happen to be a Paraplegic and my injury effects my Second Lumber.. it means I can do things that most Paraplegic can't do . I can lean all over without falling over.. I just happen to have my trunk muscles.. and I have been climbing around with my upper body for since I was Fifteen. And I am now Sixty Five.. let's just say this Cushon doesn't have to have alot of give and I really don't need a pressure reading under my behind.. and that being said .. I need my Cushon for comfort and no give in the pressure points like most Paraplegics .. iv done everything from this Wheelchair since my Injury hampered my ability and I couldn't find a Cushon that I was looking for and FoamOnline really did it for me and provided me with the proper Cushon that best fits my needs .. these people really know what they are doing when it comes to others needs when it comes to Foam products and the density that will be right for your needs.. thank you so much and that's all I can say for myself.. Finally have comfortable chairs again! After the upholstered ghosted me, I needed foam to redo 8 dining room chairs. While I can sew, I have never done furniture. So knowing nothing, I called customer service and they were very patient and helpful. Purchased qualux,1 inch firm for the center seat drop insert, and 2 inch medium firm for the full seat. Used scissors on the 1 inch and an electric knife for the 2 inch. The chairs sit really well, good support without being too hard. Also purchased dacron, dust fabric, and spray adhesive.

I'm so pleased with the custom cushions that I received from FoamOnline. They fit the existing covers perfectly. I ordered the medium High Resilience foam wrapped in Dacron. It's very comfortable. My husband was an upholsterer once upon a time. He said that the quality and workmanship were excellent. I especially want to compliment the service from Josie. She educated me on the whole process and advised me on the style of foam that would be best. I liked being able to get samples of the foam. The order came promptly but we were one cushion short. Josie tracked the order. She authorized the replacement of the missing cushion. It arrived promptly too. I highly recommend Foam Online for quality of product, price, and customer service.
