He’s always been incredibly knowledgeable and quick to sort out any issues - from setting up new devices and transferring data to fixing technical glitches. I’m extremely grateful to Gary for the brilliant help, advice and support he’s given me over the years and for our great business relationship. Gary was recommended to me back in 2014 when I started up my tuition business. He was instrumental in helping me set up the children’s classroom with everything it needed: a set of first rate, state of the art Apple computers; a fast heavy-duty workhorse printer; fast, reliable wifi connection; a great system for synchronising the children’s computers. These have lasted me ten years and were still going strong but Gary has just persuaded me to upgrade them to the best up to date version which the kids love. As well as the big stuff Gary is always on hand to offer much-needed advice or quickly get us out of a jam with all those unexpected tech issues which do crop up on a day to day basis, either via a quick text or phone call or remotely. Gary was recommended to me by a work colleague for advice on the functioning of my 2 laptops which I use at work. The service has been really good. He responded straight away, collected them on that very day (it was the the week before Christmas) and I had my my main one back, functioning really well within 24 hours. I had my old iMac upgraded with an SSD by Flywire, and the whole process was really easy. I had the iMac back within 48 hours and everything was exactly as it was before, just so much faster! As a business owner of an SME - it is VITAL i have high quality IT support that protects and responds, whilst not breaking my budget. At just £25 a month per device for a proactive monitoring service followed by on hourly rate for active work only when needed and broken into 15 minute charges slots, Gary and Flywire Tech is the best IT support and cyber security company I know of who can honestly support SMEs without them breaking the bank. fully recommended!

A year ago, I set up a new business and needed help with a computer, website and everything else. I didn't know where to start because I'm not too good with anything technological. Luckily, a friend recommended I speak to Gary at Flywire and I'm so glad that I did! Gary was very patient with me and answered all of my questions. He also recommended a good laptop, which I thought was a bit expensive but Gary explained it would be better for the long term, and he was right! He also recommended a really good website company to use, and set up my iPhone so I can receive all of my emails and calendar notifications wherever I am. Flywire still provides all of my IT support and I will not be changing!
