I had a 12:00 PM appointment for a wisdom tooth extraction and arrived early. After waiting over 30 minutes, I was told there were still 8–9 patients ahead of me. I understand delays happen, but this is not what an appointment should mean. No apology, no estimated wait time, and no advance notice were provided. I ended up canceling my procedure and leaving. Very disappointing experience after being a patient here for about a year.

Flushing Family Dental is awesome. The Doctors are so good. I didn't feel a thing when they gave me the injection. The staff is welcoming and the assistants make you feel extra comfortable. I seen 3 different doctors since I've been coming there and they all know there job and do it very well. I highly recommend this office.
I have been going to Flushing Family Dentist for years. Other members of my family also go. Over the years it has only gotten better and bettet
Everyone is incredibly nice. Place is clean and bright. They nearly make going to the dentist a pleasant, pain free experience. Well at least comfortable.

Ever since the first time I’ve been going to Family Dental, the staff and the doctors has been very professional and knowledgeable and know what they were doing. I was comfortable and not Afraid. I normally don’t like going to the dentist, but IEvery since the first time I’ve been going to Family Dental, They treated me very well. I got my brand new upper partial and I got my lower partial and I’m wearing them and they are very comfortable. Thank you Family Dental I appreciate all of you.
Regular cleaning and check up service, very quick. If you like express service, in and out in 15 minutes, then this is the place. Staff if very friendly!
My cleaning itself was less than 10 minutes. I floss and brush my teeth everyday, so I understand it’s supposed to be quicker than usual, but from my experience it was extremely quick and not as thorough in comparison to other dental places.
I arrived on time and waited for an hour before being called into the office. Once I was finally taken in, I had to wait another 20 minutes for the doctor. When I made the appointment, I was told the procedure would take about an hour, so I planned my day accordingly. Because I spent almost an hour and a half just waiting for them to start working on my tooth, I ended up being late to everything else I had planned.
The doctor will treat you like an animal, without any care (the front desk was wonderful). I had several teeth worked on, and they insisted on doing a crown for one of them. I didn’t agree or refuse, yet they still sent a request to my insurance for a gold crown. I’m more than sure they would have put in a regular metal one.
The procedure itself was quick—I waited longer than the actual treatment. The anesthesia she used did not work properly on my lower gum, and I could feel pain. Even after she added more anesthetic, the pain did not go away and I could still feel everything. I didn’t ask for more, but she clearly saw that I was in pain and did not administer additional anesthesia.
After the procedure, my teeth felt rough on the inside and still feel that way months later. I asked her to smooth them out, but she did it carelessly and the roughness remained. When I tried to tell her that I could still feel it, she had already taken off her gloves, stood up, and quickly left without even saying goodbye—she already had another patient waiting in a different room.
