I called here to schedule a simple fix for a running toilet in my rental. Just the flap had to be replaced. I explained the issue. Quick scheduling. Unfortunately the person they sent to my unit told them that the whole toilet needed to be replaced because the flush button on top was sticking, also started pushing buttons on the water softener saying “I never saw one of these. I’m not sure what to do”. I never called for the water softener. I had to call the office and tell them to get their plumber out of my house. I don’t need someone so inexperienced that they never saw a water softener or trying to recommend needing a new toilet for a flush button. (The toilet is only 5 years old) Not sure about all the positive reviews but definitely don’t want someone that inexperienced doing work on anything.

Updated post and rating - I had a really bad interaction with the first tech Elijah and was ready to call a different company even though having a warranty on the previous work that was done. But after speaking to management they had Bradley come out. Bradley was fantastic, polite and courteous the entire time. He was able camera my line and explain the current status and recommendations for a way ahead. Bradley did not try charging me for work I did not need done but instead wants to work with me to ensure we identify the actual problem so we address that.
We called Flo Pros after we ran into unexpected problems attempting to replace our toilet. They were very responsive, prompt, professional, and gave us a more than fair price for the work that was required. Our technician was Alex and not only did he come out twice, but the second time was on a Sunday. He absolutely went above and beyond in helping us. I will definitely be using Flo Pros for any work in the future!

Called for leak protection. The woman who answered said they do. When they arrived, they said they DIDN'T do leak protection AND charged me $100+ service fee that was NEVER mentioned beforehand.

Great job. They offered three options for repair and made a solid recommendation. I appreciate the plumber/technician not pushing me for the most expensive option and being honest. It may not have been the easiest route for him but that’s not what matters. They accommodated my budget unlike the 3 other companies I had out. Highly recommend

my experience was great from my initial phone call into the nice ladies on the phone all the way to the end when the tech fixed our issue and left the area spotless, would use Flow Pros again
