James Jenkins is a very professional open, honest and transparent salesman, or as he puts it, servant. He took his time to demonstrate exactly what the product will and can do. James Jenkins told me that the water system would clean raw water for emergency use and so I purchased the product. It wasn’t until after the install that I read the tiny letters on the unit that said that the unit isn’t rated for treating raw water. I would have not paid this much for a system that isn’t rated for what I wanted. It literally only handles city water. I was sold something under false pretense and I feel lied to. Now the company isn’t owning up to their sales persons mistakes and they are not standing behind their product. They have been quick to sell and install and a headache to deal with after. Do yourself a favor and go with anyone else for a water purification system if you value your time and money.
Danian at Guardian has been so helpful and informative! We love our filtration system, the education he provided, and the follow up care we've received from him. Danian and our new whole house system have truly changed our lives!

Ashley was great. I had asked you to schedule me for Friday and then my plans got changed all of a sudden so she was able to get me in today, first thing this morning. Their technician, Andrew, was awesome! He took off his shoes before coming in, he explained what he was doing, and he was very kind when I told him my husband had recently passed away. I've been using Peter's water treatment for probably about 20 years now, and they always do a good job!
