Very poor customer service and practices. Zein is very slow to respond sometimes taking weeks to return a call for existing customers. Zein does not select the best insurance for clients and only cares about making the most commissions. Zein will only present insurance options with poor coverage and high rates. You are better served using an agent from a reputable company.
