My husband booked a five mile ride for us the morning of 10/14 & couldn’t have imagined a more peaceful Monday morning.
I rode sweet Baxter & my husband rode beautiful McKinley. After the ride we were able to meet all the sweet horses, learn about them individually and what made them special.

This is our second trail ride with Cactus Jacks in Ocala. My daughter loves going each year. This year we brought some first timers ( never sat on a horse kind ) They absolutely loved it. The staff was amazing and very knowledgeable of the area and love the horses. I highly Recommend them to everyone. Thank you again!

We booked a 2 hour trail ride with Helga and River. What great horses they are. Helga is over 18 hands tall and is a massive, yet calm and sweet girl. Don’t let her size fool you, she is PERFECT for a beginner or someone that wants a slow ride. And River is an awesome choice for anyone!
Our guide was Megan, and she was phenomenal! She had lots of great information for us about the area we went through, animals that are found out there and she even spotted some fresh coyote foot prints. We had great conversation, and she swatted down the banana spider webs for us. What a trooper she is!

So much fun for my 7 year old son and I! We went on 1.5 tour at 9am on Sunday, Aug 18. Both tour guides were helpful and knowledgeable about the horses and trail we were on- I enjoyed learning! My son was hooked by the time we left and asked if we could take Chunky home. Ha! I rode Ms Rosie and she was a doll. This was our very first time horseback riding and both of us felt at ease and truly enjoyed ourselves. My son has already asked when we can come back! Wonderful experience- thank you!!!
