We had an intermittent nagging problem our garage door opener. The team at Florida Door was responsive, professional and persistent. They systematically worked through the issues, speaking with the manufacturers and returning with professional staff over a three month period to have it resolved.
I say the Florida Door team because that’s what they were. Everyone from office staff to technicians were very patient, understanding and helpful as they worked through issues towards fixing the problem forever.

I needed a garage tuneup and scheduling a service appointment was incredibly easy. The technician arrived at the beginning of the appointment window, took less than 30 minutes to make some adjustments, tested the door multiple times after, and had me point out any concerns I had. He was thorough, polite, and efficient. I would use them again.

Had adjustment problems that started a year after installation. Office staff was helpful. Technician was very persistent in finding the problem. Had the manufacturer on the phone for at least 30 to 40 minutes. Had to order parts from Liftmaster. They were warranty items so no charge for the parts. I did have to pay for technician and will have to pay for the installation when the parts are in.
Hope this fixes the issue for good.
All in all it was a good experience.

Garage door would go up but not down. Turned out to be burned out board. The tech had a new unit on his truck and had it installed in about two hours. Headache gone.

$155.00 when all it was that the wire nuts came loose, and my single door needed a board and that estimate was $450.00, seems a little extreme on a motor that they installed 2 years ago. I could change the whole opener for less than that. The technician was great that’s it.
