Called TCC early AM, Jeff answered and within a couple hours I had a technician at my door. Brad was polite, family friendly (kids and animals running wild in our home) walked me through the process of what was going on with our unit. He found the problem and had us up and running within the hour. Highly recommend this company! They were a pleasure to work with and will continue to recommend them and their company to all our friends and family.
Great service! Jeff and Minh arrived on time and didn’t stop until job was complete. Very knowledgeable and professional. Explains everything to you and answered all questions effortlessly. Left our house clean and left no debris outside. Very happy with the new A/C and heat pump system. We also invested in the maintenance agreement which is worthwhile. We only trust TCC to take care of our A/C. Also, found out that TCC offers insulation. Got a great quote and they will be the ones to install for us!
I have 5 AC units, a large walk-in cooler & an ice machine @ my business & an AC unit @ my house. We had a bit of an unexpected emergency when our AC went out while we were out of state for an extended period of time. We had a house full of dogs & a dog sitter staying there, so our old, broken AC wasn’t an option.
From the very first call, through installation of the new unit, servicing the unit to replacing the thermostat, Total Climate control has been an absolute Godsend. They’ve answered every question, educated us on the system, new thermostat and even monitored it for us when we were unable to do it ourselves. Above & beyond is an understatement.

I had a 3 ton Daikin mini-split system installed in my shop building. The price was very fair; over 25% less than the 2 other estimates I got for the same equipment! The owner and his crew were very polite, professional, and informative. The installation was very well done and the crew finished it in one day.
