Mild to moderate home interior mold problem. FloodServ did a great job. Thorough initial inspection and an accurate, reasonably priced estimate. Courteous staff completed the demolition, air scrubbing and vent cleaning. Successful project. Also appreciated the ease of communication during the project.

FloodSERV did a great job with cleaning our carpets. They were able to get stains out and leave it smelling great. Definitely recommend them, especially if you’re moving into a new house!

I have a couch that is 30 years old that I love. It was looking a little dingy and dirty so I called FloodServ and they did an excellent job of cleaning and refreshing it! They even Had to clean an arm of the loveseat twice, and that did the trick! i’m very pleased and would recommend them to anyone!

This company is outstanding!! I live in OKC and this was for my dad's place in Eufaula. His condo flooded while he was in the middle of an extended hospital stay. From the time Mo contacted me to assemble his crew to Casey giving me frequent updates, they and the rest of their team (Cameron, Ashton and Mike) were friendly, professsional, thorough and informative. Because of the situation, a neighbor had to let them in several times during the 2.5 week dryout and the neighbor was also very impressed. Even to someone not directly involved, a non-client, if you will, the courtesty and professionalism was extended. Can't say enough good things. Highly recommend!!!

Immensely. You guys did a great job. Moe was very gracious to work with us and our insurance company to put us at ease as to what they would do and how they would do it and the results show. You have a marvelous crew and Mandy and Lauren were always very gracious and helpful in answering our questions and providing the information needed at the time.
Casey, Ashton and the on-site crew were also great, efficient and kept us apprised of what was going on and their daily comings and goings at the house.
We would highly recommend FloodServ to anybody needing water extraction/remediation done to their home or business, (with the exception of the cost)!😱. But when we saw the expertise, quality and care of the job (start to finish, with 360° photos that really came in handy in dealing with our insurance company and contractor), we knew we'd chosen the right company to do the job. Thank you all!

FloodServe was very quick to respond and show up when our hot and cold water pipes busted and flooded our house. Very grateful to FloodSERV for their quick response when we needed help. First Free Will Baptist Church in McAlester had a window blow in during a storm that partially flooded the sanctuary. A crew came the same day to make sure we were dry and was able to have our regular services. Thank you so much for the great job when we were in a tight spot!
