To replace carpet in your living and dining room about 60 square metres is a time consuming task. You have to get it right, and I found that Floating Floors Direct were eager to help in this regard. Thank you Bill Grogan for your assistance during the selection process but also the unexpected costs that may arise during installation, was made clear so I knew what I was up for if the worst happened. The installation team were very professional, they moved all the furniture and did an excellent job, Matt and Adam, down to earth good blokes, very experienced, highly recommend them.

We had an outstanding experience with Floating Floors Direct Hornsby! We needed old carpet removed and new bamboo floorboards installed to match the rest of our house, and they absolutely delivered. Their attention to detail was exceptional, especially when it came to matching the existing bamboo—the new floors blend in perfectly, which we didn't think was possible. The team was incredibly careful, even managing to gently remove and reuse the original skirting boards, saving us a significant amount of money and hassle. They completed the job efficiently, professionally, and best of all, the entire project didn't break the bank. Highly recommend them for their skill, care, and fantastic value!
