Excellent company. Great work ethic. Cleared the gutters on a Bank Holiday Monday. Booked me in for replacement of a couple of roof slates previously cracked. Met the date, arrived on time each time. Matched the colour of the slates. Really good results. Approachable, brisk personalities. Am really pleased with the quality of their work.

I feel a bit embarrassed about posting this review as it is the second time Scott has had to bail me out undoing someone's else's poor workmanship.
This time Scott and Nick and the rest of his team did a great job fixing my garage roof ( after someone else did it and it kept leaking ) .
The end result is exactly as Scott promised , with his usual attention to detail that I think sets him apart from others.

Guttering replacement
I have never had gutters replaced before so didn’t know what company to use, fortunately I contacted Flo right.
Scott was very helpful and came that day to see me as he said he would and it was like that throughout the whole process, every time he said he would be there he would turn up on the dot.
In just over a week from the first contact the job was complete, gutters soffits and fascia’s all done very professionally.
Really pleased with the finished look and also for asking Flo right to do the work, I would definitely recommend this company to do a really good job and Scott was ultra reliable

Flo-Right came out to my commercial premise over the Christmas period. Scott & Nick were able to quickly clear a blockage in the guttering that was located over our entrance and causing major problems for us and our customers! They came really promptly, within a couple of hours of me making the enquiry and sorted the problem straight away! The price was very reasonable and the service was amazing! Scott and Nick made sure I was kept informed and explained the process in a way that way easy to understand and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process.
I would definitely use Flo-Right again and would have no problem at all recommending them.

Not sure who says Flo Right / Scott is good value. Used a while back but only writing review now. Had gutters cleaned as maintenance (no actual blockage). Retrospectively came to realise that prices are extortionate. They also had to come back to rectify a blockage a couple of days later, which they said wasn’t caused by them sweeping leaves down the pipe (was fine before they did the initial job). Charged another extortionate amount, as they refused to take responsibility. Overall, wouldn’t recommend based on price and service
