An Evolving Platform That Keeps Exceeding Expectations
Overall: I've been enjoying flightlogger a lot so far. It is far easier than some booking systems that I have used so far. It has a couple of quirks but nothing major and the team is constantly improving it with regular updates. The communication from the flightlogger team is also fantastic, communicating updates with quick and informative videos, possible disruptions to service via messages and email and their customer support is the most helpful I have come across so far Pros: Flightlogger has a lot of fantastic features. The syllabus builder, although somewhat tedious at times saves so much time in the long run. Scheduling is a breeze among multiple instructors and aircraft. I also really like the kiosk mode feature, something which I have not seen on many other booking systems, which allows us to have dedicated screens showing information without having to use dedicated login details. We use this feature extensively By far the part of flightlogger that I like the most is the customer support. We've reached out on multiple occasions and responses were quick, friendly and helpful each time. Cons: Flight logger does still have a couple of small quirks, for instance when you want to create a meeting, if you accidently start filling in times and participants first and then switch it over to a meeting, it does not just mean you have to refill the times but it sometimes stops you from creating the booking, meaning you have to close the popup window and reopen it. That being said, we've contacted customer support on multiple occasions for clarity or assistance and we have always had fantastic support. Responses are quick, friendly and have always solved or clarified the situation that we had

We completely understand how convenient it would be to avoid re-adding participants when changing a session type to a meeting. Unfortunately, this step is necessary because the system switches from instructor and student fields to a participants field.
