Great for data analysis! Pros: I work as a financial analyst in aviation, and I frequently use data from Flight Logger to make financial forcasts. It's very practical for generating different types of report, which I can export as an excel file. Cons: Sometimes data formatting is not quite right, but there are ways around it so it is not a big issue for me

General overview Overall: It is easy to work with it, I have a great amount of information of the student. It is easy to follow the students progress. Pros: Easy to work with, you have a lot information about the students status, it is easy to follow up each session. Cons: It takes me a long time to do the documentation of a flight. Especially to fill in the flight datas takes a long time.

Excellent product with helpful and fast support Overall: It is a central tool and makes tracking training, scheduling and duty time monitoring easy. The team are extremely helpful and the regular webinars/tutorial videos are concise but cover relevant points. Pros: It is an easy to use and well laid out product. There are always updates and developments underway, with feedback often incorporated into the updates. The response time of the support team is excellent, I am on the other side of the world and I often receive a response within my working day. Cons: That occasionally there are issues with the duty time counter. When selecting a time and date you have to go through clicking each individual thing with the window closing each time. It would be easier if there was the ability to click the date and time with an apply button or something to that effect.

Amazing product & team Overall: The amazing after-sales and assistance from the team, they really go the extra mile to attend to your questions and suggestions about the system. They will go far with this system, continually improving it and making it a great product to use. Pros: Ease of use of the system and to make it your own system, customising parts for the company's use and the add-ons are also a great positive giving option, where other systems do not have such. Cons: None - There isn't anything really that I didn't like, the team is already busy with updates to the SMS section, which I am really looking forward to, as I'm a Safety Manager.

Great Tool for Flight Schools Overall: Very satisfied especially in the managment and building of training program. this works evry efficient and the training can be conducted on that basis and the training report is generated automatically. Pros: Certificate Management and Scheduling. Also the building of training programs works nicely and is a great help. Cons: I wish more Flight OPS related solutions. It would be helpful to have Flight numbers in the scheduling available.

Efficient support Pros: I really appreciated the strong support system—once I had a concern, I received a very prompt response. The online booking process was also smooth and efficient, which made the whole experience even better. Cons: It would be even better if it could interact or integrate with the other application the school is using, to streamline everything in one place.

A satisfied FlightLogger user Overall: The experience with Flight Logger is an extremely positive and I always look forward to the new features being developed. FlightLogger as a product is much more than a scheduling software is a full package for Flight School operations. Pros: I love how feature rich the software is, and development is ever continuing. FlightLogger is responsive to requests and does their very best to improve and create new features for their clients. Cons: I really do wish the service had its own dedicated APP for IOS/android, while the Web version allows for offline use I personally find it clunky reconnecting to the network. Too many days of accidentally refreshing the page upon return and losing all comments for the flight.

A good management software with all the features you need Overall: Overall, Flight logger has all the features a flight school needs. You can see departure and arrival activities, student evaluations, availability (both students and staff), alerts, student and instructor logbooks... Everything you need is at your fingertips. Pros: The organization of the activities and the fact that, in case of problems or suggestions, the customer service is always available and attentive. Cons: I honestly don't know what to answer. Regarding my use of it, I haven't found any negative sides.

Best planning and training software on the market Overall: Knowledgeable and friendly staff at FL who know what they are talking about. Give excellent guidance, have a no-nonsense attitude (one of the reasons why the Danish and Dutch go pretty well together). Implementation went quickly. Very good instruction material. The best thing is that you hardly need this because sofware is intuitive. Last but not least FL has a "support" mailaddress which does an amazing job, reverting typically in a day. That's not a given these days. Pros: Great interface and easy to use. Both for students, flightinstructors and adminstration. Cons: Relatively expensive for the modest size of our flightschool. But flightlogger is simply the best tool we have come across.

Excellent experience with FlightLogger Overall: overall good. With new features more options are available. Pros: Easy for bookings, gradings, get the reports. Easy for checking and monitoring the hours. Addition of CBTA makes it even more useful. Cons: I think we shall have a tool to get overall grades of a student at the time of completion of training or s[ecific phase. Then we can grad the cadets in terms of performance

FLIGHTLOGGER ATO excellent tool Overall: Amazing support, exemplary, and always very frindly relationship. Pros: ATO oriented solution, easy to follow up and control compliancy of a trainee. Easy use of the system from the trainee. Cons: Not AOC oriented, means I need to use a second system for my company pilot's training follow-up. Program construction is quite challenging when you don't do it too regularly.

Support for the good tool Overall: Very positive. I came to the point where Flight instructing without FlightLogger is lowering the quality of my job. Not only that it saves my time, it inspires me to improve it even. I get ideas. Pros: Flight Instructor can administer student files more quickly. When coming to a new ATO, you can scroll down the wall and be updated with many things. Color reminders for revalidations. Ideas: I told Frederick few weeks ago in LCLK. Why some EASA Examiner, TRI/TRE, IRE/CRE or any other title, wouldn't show time of his availability for skill check across the FlightLogger platform? Database is huge, users don't see each other. Put Metcalf's law in practice somehow. Just an idea. Cons: Clearer icons. So when you look at the Icon, instantly is known what it represents. More distinct contrast of color in between the tabs and options. Use shades for depth. Reminder Icons to enlarge a bit. Yellow icons are hard to decipher. Student-pilots are users also, find their feedback information too.

Possibly the best Training Management Platform on the market, and it keeps getting better! Overall: I have been using Flighlogger from near the beginning of the company. My experience has always been excellent. Flighlogger was always willing to listen and discuss your ideas. Now that they have become bigger, they are still willing to listen and discuss. Don't ever lose that, it is your key to success. Pros: It is a very user friendly platform which has developed over the years by listening to its client base. Therefore every update makes sense and helps to improve the product and productivity for the end user. Its latest updates have been awesome. Cons: What I really don't like is that once I login with my Myflightlogger e-mail, I receive e-mails from all my different Flightlogger accounts on that e-mail. What I would really want is for that e-mail to just give me access to Myflightlogger and to keep the e-mails associated with each account independent and working. Or at least to have the option to set that up.

The Most Intelligence Features Ever Made in Aviation Overall: I have smalls issues where i couldnt upload my profile picture. i send chat to flight logger to raise my issue. withing 10 minutes , flight logger solves my problem. really fast service. no need to wait que. Pros: Easy to access and I can say it is the most intelligence feature ever made to help pilots and the operator manage the operation such as schedules/ warning will appear if license expired anad so on. Cons: Need to put special column for chatting or get support so that it will be easy to find it. Maybe in future , there is "live chat" available.

Excellent software for Flight Schools Overall: As above, this is a really great piece of software and is now the perceived industry standard for flight schools. Pros: The support is fantastic, whenever there is a rare minor issue, the customer service team is excellent in sorting it out. There are also regular updates, monthly or quarterly I believe which takes into account suggestions. Cons: It could be slightly more customisable from a user perspective. For example, we would like to have a few more fields on each user's profile but this doesn't seem to be possible.

Happy users at Astonfly Overall: We are very happy with the service, the tools available and the support is very fast to answer. Pros: It answer most of our needs and is quite user friendly to use. Cons: A few surprise in some formats - dates in dd.mm.yyyy as opposed to the more common dd/mm/yyyy - some information extracts are not possible to have and make some analysis impossible or very difficult - the csv formating of extracts is suprising and makes integrating into excel difficult. - user administration not a s easy as it could be. Overlooking closed accounts hard to follow.

Best ATO and CAT management tool Overall: FlightLogger is an outstanding tool for managing ATO's flights and ground training programs. Also CAT ops flights can be managed with ease. Its user-friendly design and intuitive interface make flight logging and tracking effortless Pros: Easy to use with frequent valuable updates. Cons: Very responsive and professional support team.

Implementing FL in our training school Overall: First the product is simply great and attractive. Secondly the supportteam did an excellent job in taking us by the hand with kickoff meeting(s), clear communication and implementation (checklist). As we started setting up the system we came across little things (questions) which were answered quickly and professionally. A 10 for both product and support team. Pros: Very complete package Easy scheduling Good Syllabus and training progress following system Attractive look and feel, also mobile Great support Cons: It took some time to figure out the maintenance settings. This can be set for ALL aircraft or per aircraft individually which was not very clear to me at the start. To be honest I did not read all the (good) documentation, so it may be in there already. If not, the FL team may want to consider how to communicate this a bit better. Support team did a great job helping me out, so no real issue.

The Best Flying Training platform Pros: FlightLogger is the most comprehensive platform for FTO's. They cover the entire gamut of training, ranging from Ground Training to Flying Training. Cons: The maintenance module needs a lot of work. It's very basic.

ATO TRAINING FOR CADET PILOTS Overall: Generally, Flightlogger is our company's main platform for all training progress monitoring and safe keeping. It reduces paper filing by at least 75% Pros: There are several features that make our organization more efficient and productive. Record keeping is safe and easily accessible. Cons: Some features example forecast of students meeting deadline in relation to aircraft/Instructor/fuel management is not available.
