As a first-time customer, I came in to get new glasses and to replace the lenses on an existing frame—both were handled with great care and professionalism. I love this place. All the frames here are made by small independent companies. The lenses are high quality and also support independent labs. The selection of glasses is so much fun! You are going to find something you love. The staff are all amazingly helpful and very fashionable.
The eye exam was thorough and included retinal pictures even though I am not eligible for them with my insurance. Dr Kreuzer is very knowledgeable and friendly.
There is also free parking in behind the shop. I am very impressed with Glasses Half Full and have been telling all my friends to visit.
I have been coming here for 7 years and as always, impressed with my experience. It is very easy to book online, the staff are friendly and prompt, love the tea station, thorough patient centred care with lots of accessible and easy to digest education. They also have a great selection of unique frames. It really goes well beyond your standard optometry experience. Highly recommend.
Our son was diagnosed with high astigmatism about a year back. We have recently moved to Edmonton and we were worried about finding a good optometrist. After researching online, we made an appointment with Dr. Michael.
All the staff were great and helped us through the process. Dr. Michael and the staff made sure our son is comfortable. Dr. Michael also educated and explained to us about the condition in depth. We have definitely learned more and understood about it better. Over all, a great experience and we are glad we found him.

My family and I have been going here for years. Dr. Michael is extremely knowledgeable, has helped with complicated cases, and does a really excellent job of explaining what is happening. The staff are delightful and super helpful. They let you spend the time you need to get the right set of frames - not pushy at all and are always willing to give advice. When I had a sunglasses lens tint come back not quite what I expected (because of a manufacturer change), they spent the time to find me my perfect match and sent away my sunglasses again with no issue! Thank you, Glasses Half Full crew!

Shelina recommended this place, and we absolutely loved it!
We had such a great time eating, drinking, and watching hockey—it was the perfect spot for a fun outing. The food was really good too! We tried the wings, pizza, and chicken strips, and we'd definitely order them again.
Our servers were super friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better.
Honestly, more ice rinks should have a lounge like this where you can eat, drink, and watch the game. We'll definitely be back!

I learn something new every time I go to Glasses Half Full. The staff are lovely and really care about you understanding and knowing about the intracasies of your eyes and the technology in glasses.
They also never make me feel like a burden if I need to come back time and again for minor adjustments and rechecks.
