Flex EV were fantastic, communication before the job and Install went smoothly. Other companies said they would need conduit down the side of my house, not Flex EV, You want a professional install from a team that cares, then go with these guys.

Our 7 kW Evnex E2 Core wall charger was installed by Ricc on 7 January 2026.
Although there was an issue with our battery not turning on due to the cables being folded (which somehow caused a trip at the switchboard), Ricc explained everything to me honestly and resolved it on the spot. I’m very happy with his work and professionalism.
Moreover, Vanessa has also been very helpful with her prompt replies and clear communication via email.
We're truly happy with the level of customer service and workmanship demonstrated by FlexEV. 👍🏼

I recently used Flex EV to install a fast charge Zappi car charger. Ricc was professional and diligent, I was thoroughly impressed by him. The team was professional - Vanessa followed up any questions I had. They were both efficient and incredibly helpful. Ricc took the time to install & explain the app to both my husband and I. He also realised that the charger wasn’t working as well as it should have when he tested it, so rewired a component and made certain it was 100% Very impressive, would highly recommend using this business in future.

I had an outstanding experience with FlexEV. I made an enquiry on the website for a quote. I later received a call from Vanessa who asked questions relating to my requirements, talked me through solutions and sent me a very favourable quote compared to other businesses, this was all completed on the same day. Once i accepted the quote, Vanessa organised for it to be completed within 2 business days when it was convenient for me. The installer arrived on time, double checked locations and my expectations and had the entire job completed within 3 hours. The installer was professional, courteous and happily answered all my questions. I was taught how to use the EV charger, how to use the app and gave me tips on best practice. I am thoroughly satisfied with every step of the process. Thank you to Vanessa and your team.
