Wow wow just had guttering and facias done by the most polite ,curtiais and friendly two lads.It all looks amazing done in no time at all ,no mess everything left as they found us .Communication was great really really pleased and would definitely recommend Fletchers to everyone Thank you so much sorry cannot remember the 2 lads but we'll done .
Really pleased with Fletchers' work on our house - professional removal of old facsias, soffits and gutterings and replaced with correct materials and expert fitting. Even inch is done well, and extra areas of eg guttering were no trouble for them, and helped eradicate future niggles. They responded immediately and prioritised our work within days due to damp in the house. I feel very reassured I can return to Fletcher's in the future should I need to, and also found out my next door neighbour used them 10 years ago and still happy with their work! I sought Fletchers as they had done a good job a few years ago at my relatives' so I am the 3rd happy customer I know of around here - I'm very keen to recommend Fletchers and the work they leave behind them, as I have had bad experiences of this from other comapnoes and workers in the past.
Works completed to a good standard. However, I had my works done in January, and have yet to receive any warranty or building control paperwork from the company. I have emailed numerous times, left messages with the main office, called Aaron several times...and have not had any proper response. Good on the works side, terrible at completing the paperwork.
Had the misfortune to encounter a member of staff in Hinckley today. Driving far too fast for a town centre and flipped into full on road rage when I pulled out - slamming brakes on, gesticulating and swearing, getting out of car for a confrontation ... then speeding off with black smoke billowing out of his car. Needs to understand it's not a good idea to represent his employer by being aggressive and identifiable in his work gear.
I developed a leaking roof,phoned fletchers fascias they came round in under 1hr to inspect flat roof and cover with taulpalin
to help keep dry and reduce any further damage. 2days later with good weather they came and replaced flat roof with new installation and boards.
Excellent job very efficient and no mess. Would highly recommend them
