East Asians stay away from this place. They only know how to do one hair cut properly, which is the wall street push back hair. Horrible blending, bad attitude and overpriced.
Dont go here, do your research go somewhere else where they respect you and don't demean you in front of the staff
I was really excited for this appointment and needed the cut for my brother’s wedding.
The day of I realized I accidentally booked for the wrong day. I saw online that there were appointments available. I called to reschedule and they told me that these available slots were for returning customers only!?!?
I told them I needed a cut really badly for the wedding and didn’t understand why they couldn’t help me. They said extra time is needed for new clients, but seriously!?! It could have taken me 30 seconds to explain how I wanted my hair. They continued to insist that there was nothing they could do…
For a place that charges so much I would have hoped for better customer service. Was honestly shocked they wouldn’t take my money with open slots on the schedule. It really shows that they have enough business to not care about some people. It was my fault but still not that cool of them. Will not give them a dime now.
I always have a fantastic experience at Fleischman Salon in Nomad. Everyone there is highly professional and friendly — especially Caroline, who is the best hairdresser I’ve ever had. I would highly recommend her, and the salon, to anyone.
Entire experience was excellent. Huge shoutout to Campbell! Hair looks great! Prompt, friendly, thorough, made suggestions but allowed my input, gave helpful tips on care.

Really liked the cut that I got from Caroline. She is super friendly and also gave me a lot of helpful advice regarding my hair and styling :) The staff were also really nice and they have free drinks

Terrible experience, and no communication. Told me I could sit down and had to run over a mile from one location to the other to then get told I can’t be seated. Wanted to leave the salon early and have 0 respect for clients

Hi Pedro - You booked an appointment at our 424 Madison Ave location but showed up at our 57 W 57th St location. You selected the Madison Ave location yourself while booking and received a confirmation email when the booking completed which contained the appointment details including the address. You then showed up for your appointment at the wrong location. We would have gladly taken you at this location, but the stylists there all happened to be fully booked. By the time you made it to the location you actually booked your appointment at, you were more than 20 minutes late and we could not take you since we were scheduled to close for the evening soon. No one wanted to leave early and we have lots of respect for our clients. Seems you made (an honest?) mistake by going to the wrong salon.

I’ve been here 5 or 6 times over the past year to see Caroline, and every time she has done a fantastic job. I always have a lovely time chatting with her during the cut too. Couldn’t recommend her more. Overall, everyone here is very professional and friendly, so I’m sure you’d be in good hands with anyone.

Erica wasn’t on time for my appointment if I’m paying so much for a “Luxary appointment “ I shouldn’t have to wait for my service.
Had a haircut with Campbell previously and she did a great job understanding my hair type and pattern. I wanted a flow style haircut and the sides grew out really well, overall highly recommend

They did a great job! They have courtesy refreshments such as water or coffee. The girls were nice and Crystal was the one who worked with me. She was nice and did a great job cutting my hair to the way I wanted it. She helped me with washing and styling/product recommendations to keep my hair at its best.
