Ali is wonderful. I had Botox and fillers done in the past and needed to have some fixing done. Ali was upfront about the process and steps required to get my desired results. Flawless Face’s is the BEST in all things, injections, facials, Botox and more! I have been getting my lips done for 2yrs now there by the owner Ali who is the most kind, caring, supportive and confidence boosting woman I know! I will and do recommend her to anyone/everyone that is looking for an injector.
I had an amazing experience with Flawless Faces MedSpa. The aesthetician(Destiny) is friendly, she made me comfortable and took to time to explain to me everything I need to know as this is my first time having treatment in 2 years she is very knowledgeable. The athmosphere of the clinic is very comfortable. Im super satisfied about the outcome of the treatment,. My colleagues noticed that I was glowing and asked me if I had done something in my face.. Im super happy and will definitely come back.... :-)
I had an amazing experience at Flawless Faces Med Spa in Chandler and I’m honestly obsessed with my results! From the second I walked in, the staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly, which made the whole vibe feel super welcoming and relaxed. Their spot in the Ocotillo area is impeccably clean and has such a great energy. I’ve struggled with pigmentation and acne for a while and have tried plenty of other facials across the Valley that usually just leave my skin red, but the Hydrafacial with Dani was a total game-changer. She really took the time to explain every step and customized the treatment specifically for my skin’s needs instead of just doing a basic one size fits all approach. My skin felt smoother and deeply hydrated the second she finished, and within just 48 hours, my skin tone looked way more even and my breakouts were visibly reduced without any irritation at all. Dani is so knowledgeable and gentle, and she even gave me professional post-care tips to keep the glow going long after the appointment. For the level of care and the actual visible improvements I saw, it was 100% worth the price. I highly recommend booking with Dani if you’re in the East Valley and want a personalized experience that actually work. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Came in for my first Botox sesh and I'm so glad I did! They were able to get me in for a same-day appointment with Ali, who was amazing. I have a major fear of needles, but the consultation was super thorough; she explained exactly how many units I needed for my forehead and crow’s feet and went over all the safety info which really put me at ease.
The facility was spotless and felt very professional, not just a casual spa. The injections were quick and honestly barely felt like anything! I also really appreciated the transparent pricing—no hidden fees or pressure to buy more than I needed. Update: It’s been 10 days and the results are perfect. My skin looks smooth but I still have natural movement. I didn’t even have any bruising! Overall, super impressed with the value and the expertise here. I'll definitely be back for my maintenance.

I have been a returning client of flawless faces medical spa for some years now. Ali the owner and she is very helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to the type of treatment that you are looking for. My skin has improved tremendously from the various treatments, and products I have tried at their location. I have always felt very welcomed at flawless Med spa. I love coming here. The services are always wonderful. Everyone from the laser technicians to the front desk ladies are always friendly, and helpful. Dani is my favorite - I get the laser hair removal and I also get the clear and brilliant service. I am satisfied and see a big difference in my skin and not having to pluck, shave, nor wax the area I’m getting laser. I’m definitely getting more areas done from here! Ali the owner is lovely as well. She's helped me feel 10 years younger with her guidance. She knows exactly where to inject Botox and fillers to make you look like your best self.
