So pleased I found Flag - laptop now repaired and didn't cost the earth, really fast service. Friendly and straight-talking, with none of the unnecessary or patronising tech jargon that some IT services can use to make these things sound more complicated than they need to be. He explained things clearly, got straight to the problem and just got on with fixing it, which was just what I needed when I was pulling my hair out! Highly recommended.

Hello Gary, Thank you for your advice concerning my computer. Since you came here the computer has been brilliant no issues at all. I took your advice and keep the router for the computer on the dining room table where it seems must be the best signal for it. Changed broadband provider to find that my TP Mesh system wouldn’t link with the modem. Gary came promptly to investigate, was methodical in tracing the problem and resolved the issue in a couple of hours. He has since checked to make sure that everything is still running smoothly. Price was very reasonable and I would definitely use his services again.

Excellent service- Gary explained why our laptop was faulty, sent quote for repair, advised us how we could reduce the cost by replacing with a smaller hard drive (as we're not gamers that was not a problem). Repair done promptly and laptop returned- it's never worked so well even when new!! Highly recommended
