Hello T S, We appreciate your feedback, but we must correct some inaccuracies in your statement. The safety of our clients and their families is always our top priority, and our team follows industry-standard procedures for every installation, including proper assessment of wall structures, such as locating studs when securing TV mounts. It’s important to note that we provided a 30-day warranty, which is standard practice in our industry. During this period, any issues would have been addressed at no extra charge. You reached out to us after this warranty period expired, and as such, the free corrections were no longer available. Despite this, we offered a solution: a professional removal and reinstallation of the mount for a fee, which is standard procedure for work outside of warranty. As for the installation itself, our technicians follow strict guidelines and work professionally to ensure the stability of every mount. If the screws came loose after our installation and outside the warranty period, it is possible that factors beyond our control, such as changes in wall structure or additional pressure on the mount, could have contributed to the issue. While we understand your frustration, it is not fair to characterize our company as negligent or a scam. We made every effort to provide a resolution, even though it fell outside of our warranty terms. Our reputation and our commitment to customer service are important to us, and we encourage potential customers to reach out directly with any questions or concerns.
