We needed a TV and sound bar mounted. FixTMan was responsive to our needs. They answered all the questions we had and the technician was on time and efficient with installation. There was a slight miscommunication with the number of technicians we needed based on TV size and the materials needed to complete the job. But overall, we are happy with the installation and would happily hire this company again. It was a great value for the service and they were able to install within 4 days of our inquiry!

Reza was very timely, and professional. He access the area and started immediately making sure of the placement of the treadmill, I was in receipt of the instructions and the area was cleaned. He also attached the serial numbers in the recommended places. Excellent service!

The pro was responsive and came early. I wasn't ready, but the pro waited patiently in the lobby. Once here, pro removed shoes when asked. Pro came well equipped with additional materials in the event I did not have all the parts for my installations available. Pro asked many clarifying questions before installation, and ensured my OK before beginning each project. Pro was very efficient, finished well under appointment time. Pro gathered up equipment and trash before leaving.

Gave me an arrival window of 12-2pm on a Sunday (I was excited about the ability to book on a Sunday within 24 hours of the appointment). However, at 1:50 I received an offer to install the tv at 9pm that night. Very unprofessional and unacceptable service. Find a different company to use.
