I do CrossFit and kickboxing and have been in pain for months with my hips and lower back. I found Shawn on instagram and he was kind enough to work me into his busy schedule. I was fortunate enough to have an appointment with Shawn today. I have so much going on my left hip, sciatica, leg etc. Shawn was able to pinpoint painful areas and release built up tension. Everything felt tight and now it feels loose. He gave me some tips on stretches I should do to continue working on what he did today. As he worked on me, Shawn asked questions so he could confirm what he felt on me matched what I felt! I appreciated that!! I look forward to my next treatment and being on the path to being pain free!!

I had pain in my right shoulder. Shawn worked on the muscles and nerves in my neck, arm and back and decreased the pain to a very low level. Then he followed up with shock wave, and got the pain to almost nothing. He is very busy, but squeezed me in. He explained what he was doing, and I immediately felt comfortable. He will follow up. I could tell that he truly cares about fixing underlying issues and any pain you are in
