Very happy to have the burner element on our 1970's era GE Harvest Gold stove fixed by Andrei. He found the correct burner for our vintage model and even did modifications to make it fit perfectly. Andrei did an excellent job repairing our Panasonic Microwave. Fast and professional. He took it to his shop to work on it, which was great rather than needing multiple service calls. When it was returned, it was as good as new! I highly recommend Pacific Pilgrims Quality Care for fixing my kitchen appliances! Will definitely call them again if another appliance breaks down.

Andrei responded to our request for service on our hood fan motor (Faber) very quickly. He arrived on time and was knowledgeable, friendly, tidy and efficient. He corrected what he thought might be the problem and the fan was working correctly when he left. He told us if the problem returned to contact him immediately and he would return to deal with it at no extra cost for the service visit.

I was very impressed with Andy from Pacific Pilgrims. I found him to be professional, prompt, efficient and very knowledgeable. Also his services are very reasonable! I shared his contact info with a friend where he fixed her leaky refrigerator in no time. She is very happy with his service. My husband and I then asked him to come check our outdoor fireplace which hasn't worked for 5 years. Again, he fixed it in no time for a very reasonable price. He also provided both mentioned services with a 3 month warranty. We highly recommend Andy!
