Technician Arrived early…did the maintenance of the generator. Very professional!
Agent was friendly, experienced, efficient, able to describe his services clearly, and understood even a difficult situation which arose when the master circuit for the generator appeared to be damaged and blown out.
The service was five stars but I just want to comment on your credit card requirement notification email. It's wording is kind of hostile, threatening, and un-friendly. It made me feel like you think I am some sort of scamster. You might want to consider a more friendly wording, and perhaps waiving it for repeat customers whom you trust.
