I love Fit Body!! I was nervous to start coming here at first because I was so intimidated by the coaches just by how they looked (fit), but they are so relatable and genuinely fun to be around. They push you to your limits and give guidance if you can’t physically do a certain station. They are so supportive, and it truly is like a “family” like it says in the name. And the other members are just as supportive and really make the experience worth it

Love Fit Body. The coaches make it all worth it- they push and do everything they can to help you achieve your goals. They offer a good variety of workouts from Metcon to strength training within a 30min interval. Good supplement offers. If you’re ready for a change, these are the people who can help you get there.

I started here like most people... SUPER NERVOUS!!!! TONI and KAYLA made this experience so welcoming!!!! The workout has been extremely rewarding for me!!! Best Gym for someone who wants coach lead classes!! I haven't gotten this good of a workout own my own in years and their program actually works! I have only been going for 3 months and all my friends and family can already see a change in my body! And the Coaches are truly amazing!!
